Elliquiy Discord question: Advertising for other Servers?

My basic question here is: is this allowed?

I participate in a non-Elliquiy Discord server that I find to be pretty great. This server is a Literary ERP server with some screening very similar to the screening here at Elliquiy and an emphasis on screening for writing. This other server is more or less always recruiting, and has volunteers that are pretty active in doing so and screening new members.

In short, I think it is the kind of place that many other Elliquians might enjoy, and I would like to put up an advert for it in the #looking-for-partners-and-other-ads room of the Elliquiy Discord server. Is that allowed?

I guess my main concern is that I cannot in the abstract control what happens off site between other people, so in the abstract if an Elliquian goes to the other server, encounters some scenario that would violate Elliquiy rules, would that that then lead to disciplinary action against me for placing the advert? I am not a moderator over there, though I am now kind of on staff for story related stuff. They have very similar rules to E!, but not identical, but beyond that even with screening and moderation bad eggs still sometimes get through and break rules. I can vouche for my friends, but not really strangers on the internet?

I can post a copy of their rules, if that would help? But yeah, the general question is is this allowed, if so what are the parameters under which it would be allowed, what are the potential consequences if something goes awry?

Also, if allowed, with what frequency could I re-up the ad in the Discord ad room? I was thinking I would advertise like once per week there, if that's allowable?

One of the things that we require when advertising another site is that there is a link-back from that site to Elliquiy, so that the flow has the potential to go both ways.  This has been a long-term policy in regards to advertising RPs that take place on other forums, and would also apply to other Discord servers.  If you are not the owner of the server, you would have to make sure that they are willing to allow such a reciprocal ad.

In general, off-site RP is a bit of an 'at your own risk', but if both participants in the RP are members of Elliquiy, we can and do enforce our rules if a problem (with relevant, unedited logs) is reported.

Follow up question:

A Discord server is not really a site? Is it acceptable to do like.. a pinned post with the link? We have a kind of meme room for off-server links, we could put an ad there?
