5th DnD game inspired by many references

Sessha has issues with paladin oath feature, not liking it at all (nor like any of the oaths available). Also feels overall alienated about 5th DnD but glad he is dipping his toes at least trying to play a fighter (subclass needs to be decided yet).

Well you see I played D&D back when things made sense. Paladin meant ofmthe things that they have it listed as in this edition. There was no definition because it didn't need to because it was already defined as a combination of all but like three of the types of paladin oaths and such. The others were a druid, a death knight and a fighter.

Alright, I think I'm confident enough to make an application.  Like I said, I'm retrofitting a character I made about twenty years ago, so there might be some odd choices here.  I'm pretty sure they made sense at the time.  This adventure would be something of a prequel for her.

Race: Cyberling (reflavored Warforged Envoy)
Description:
Not all demons are from Anama, and not all who can access Anama are concerned with its fate.  One pair of such demons named Zeph and Yroth, seeking the ultimate weapon to annihilate their enemies, made a deal with a scientist to reverse-engineer the Warforged into a new artificial life form.  Years later Eternity, the first functional prototype Cyberling, was created.  Cyberlings are effectively Warforged on the inside, but on the outside almost convincingly human.  Fully functional and anatomically correct, they can be identified by their uncanny stillness when not in motion (especially the absolute focus in their eyes) and their nearly (but not quite) realistic texture of their skin.

Zeph and Yroth grew impatient as they learned that the Cyberlings were designed for civilian work and war as promised.

One day, Eternity returned home to find it in shambles.  Zeph and Yroth appeared before her, claiming that her creator (whom she loved as a father) had been slain and by whom (conveniently leaving out that it was one of their enemies).  They goaded the still-innocent Eternity into avenging her creator and sent her to Anama for training, claiming time will travel far faster there than in her world.  Thus she adventures across Anama, seeking to grow ever stronger even as the world robs her of her innocence.  Many in Anama shun her, seeing her not-unconvincing-enough visage as a sign of corruption, but she still remains hopeful that she is not completely alone in this world.  She is also somehow not compatible with the armor in this world, but fortunately Zeph and Yroth lent her certain powers, allowing her to summon and manipulate leather for attack and defense.  Thus she walks Anama unashamed, wearing not but leather straps that remain on-par with commonly available armor.

Avernale: I like the concept, but Warforge (Envoy) is UA material and thus outdated. There is an actual base warforge that you must use, but I allow that your char has a more human-looking appearance and has been sent from another (more advanced) world to Anama.

In setting wise there are warforged in Anama, one Free Nation city has discovered means of creating warforged and they use them for industrial/civil service and for warfare. However, production rate is slower and not mass-produced (and unlike you they look more traditional warforged). However, they are entirely enslaved by their city/creator (even if sentient and acknowledged as such but city spends resources making them and thus warforges are born into slavery).

Bio: Muula is a big futa Minotaur. Originally, they were a geeky computer programmer, living in the state of Indiana. One night they went to bed, woke up to a bunch of flashing lights, and found themselves in the body of a naked futa minotaur, in the middle of a classroom, where a group of wizarding students' project had gone very wrong. Ah.  I didn't know what "UA" meant.  I have no particular attachment to Envoy, so base Warforged is fine.  UA Warforged didn't seem all that different, anyway.

Given that Warforged are still slaves on Anama, Eternity will probably want to keep her mechanical nature a secret.

Incidentally, Eternity comes from a "Super-hero" world (and her father's "Killer" is also a super).  She might describe her world as such if asked, unless you'd rather she come from a more mundane (if futuristic) world.  The thought also occurs that she might want to gather allies to fight the "Killer" and may want to find a way to bring them back to her world.

I've been thinking a bit more about my character being summoned into the world. I would say now that it was just one student and they were attempting to summon a familiar, in front of their class. The incident happened in a college of magic in Azure City, where the students are all adults. My character has adjusted well to their new body and all the attention they have been getting from the students and faculty. Professor Pretzlesworth, is a milfy professor, and has been doing a lot of research on the incident in which I was summoned. She also is interested in taking care of me, but for now, I am staying in the dorm room of the student who summoned me, Hilda Black, a shy nerdy aspiring witch.

My character has shared as much about Earth as people ask and in turn has been trying to learn as much about the world as they can. With a head filled fantasy from all the media they have been consuming their entire life, they are very excited to start a new life as an adventurer, full of magic and wonder. They love their new body too and all the sex they have been having at the college.

I'm thinking it was more like a wild magic surge though and that she didn't do anything wrong. We could be enjoying the college life together. Magic college! Like Hogwarts. Two of the characters I have proposed have no affinity for magic though. Vera is going to be a shadow sorceress and until level 7, I am going to be focusing on the Paladin levels. I would like to follow in the ways of Yona.

Muula and Victoria will follow the ways of Froya.

Also to be fair, we don't actually know who's going to be picked for the game yet. The deadline is some time within the next 24 to 48 hours. I'd be fine with a proper minotaur girl as well, though admittedly I'm pretty flexible in general when it comes to accommodating others' tastes.

Indeed, there is more people applied than there is slots. But I do pick people based on both my preference and also how the group members background stories/plans would work together as whole (Tenshi example has detailed background story and specific way introduce the char to party and thus if I pick him I need ensure there is way for scenario to work/complete). Kunoichi example needs a 'owner' and if unable provide via PC then use GMPC.

Tenshi background and char is done in google doc which I have seen and talked extensively so he does not need post details here (albeit it would be nice if he does), Sessha is bit similar boat but needs more detailed background posted up.

 Okay so despite my own misgivings about the intelligence of the system choices for this game I'm tossing my hat in the ring, but I think I will sadly be avoiding my own preferred and favorite classes as 5e has done much to bend over, ass-rape and then twist into a pretzel much of my favorite race, class and weapons about into something wholly stupid in both design and execution.

Name: Lalia Highwind Yukimura
Race: Centauress
Class: Fighter/Rune Knight
Bio: Lalia was the child of a woman who ended up arriving in this new world when she was accidently bumped from behind on a street. The dumbass had been looking at something on his phone when he bumped into her. She fell right in the path of an oncoming truck, because well it was a greenlight. She died pretty much on the spot and the poor driver was left traumtized while the person their phone was condemmed for it by the populace who forced him to the ground till the police arrived. So when she was reborn in this new world her mother Shizuka Yukimura realized that she had a second chance at life and decided that since this was a fantasverse and with a sense of irony had to admit she'd been hit by Truck-kun. So girding herself up she fell in and became an adventuerer. Now of course Shizuka liked fantasy stuff and was an avid gamer. So she knew the ins and outs of fantasy stuff and how it worked. So she got to training herself to fight monsters and delve into dungeons. She proved quite adept at it honestly.

So then it came time that she wandered into a centaur village and became captivated by one such warrior beauty in the village. The horse part, well...okay that was going to make sex...interesting but hey she came from the 21st century, everybody's got a kink. So pursued the idea of wooing the warrior woman who was at first rebuffed because well she was a woman. However Shizuka found out that the village had a custom. If one could best a female in single combat, they could claim the right to breed her. The law said nothing about who exactly had to the breeding or hot it had to be done. So she challanged this beauty, who's name she found out was Alessandra. So she challenged her and needless to say regardless she had to fight. Well getting the jump on her Shizuka was able to beat her opponent to make her yield. So she now had the rights to breed her. Alessandra was by rights had to travel with her while she searched for a way to do it. Finally she came upon a mage and they got to talking. As she explained her situation to the mage he thought for a moment then said he could do it. She then talked with and when she started making suggestions he agreed even offering his own opinions. There was just something about the way the man spoke and the way he described the ideas that made her 99% suspicious he was like her from the other world. His knowledge of such thing was just too extensive for him not to be an other worlder. So with their deal made he cast the spell needed and bingo when she got back to their tent later that night Shizuka pulled off her pants and grew a huge equine dick with which to fuck her beloved. Then she went and did the deed! A year later they returned to the village and showed off their new baby Lalia.

So she grew up for the most part in a centaur village learning the arts of fighting with sword and spear. Then when she turned ten her mother heard of some new place they could grow up. As even among the other children Lalia felt isolated from them for being a half-breed and worse still thanks to the method of her conception she'd been born with a long male thing between her legs. Yet no matter what her mothers loved her very much. So when they heard about Azure City they decided that it would be a better place to raise their daughter. So they moved to the city. Her "father" got a job working with the local constabulary as an experienced adventurer was a sought-after commodity.  Her mother Alessandra got a part time job working at a tavern. This left little Lalia to fall in apprenticing under a storm giant who worked some bellows. She always did like to work with her hands. So she proved a dutiful worker with him learning his trade and learning about rune craft. A special type of magic that many giants worked into their clothing and other items. When she came of age finally she woke-up one morning and her penis was just hanging out of her sheath for everyone to see. Her mother figured out what the problem was pretty fast and arranged for some help. She found a centaur in one of the brothels that was willing to help. So Lalia lost her virginity to a rather expereinced horsewoman who knew how to make centaur men whale like little babies. Many times did she go back to enjoy that pleasure and she found others who would enjoy her as well. She had a delightful night with a minotaur onces. That was...interesting indeed~! Still in her spare time her mother taught her how to use a sword and other weapons. She would carry two weapons at all times.a large sturdy great sword as she saw little value in the human longswords. Just not enough heft to them to get a good blow in one handed and if she had to get two hands around a weapon then honestly why not get a weapon that was better hefted for two hands anyway right? That only made sense to her. Honestly some human concepts of what was versatile only baffled her in their relative stupidity.

Soon enough while loved the forge the call to be an adventurer was something she couldn't ignore. She bid her time with the old giant who had grown fond of having her in the shop. He gave her some good weapons and taught her some runes she could use. He even said if she wanted more all she needed to do was come back and he'd teach her more about runecrafting. So at the ripe age of 21 she walked into the adventurer's guild, great sword on her back shield on her arm and rapier in a belt sheath, and a breastplate inscribed with a runes.

There are law forces in form of Azure Knights but they rarely employ adventurers (mostly when criminal suspects are operating outside of the city). More likely her mother as an experienced adventurer may have been offered becoming an Azure Knight status and pledged full-time work in city law forces. But your other mother could have continued work as a regular adventurer or as one instructor in Adventurer Guild to teach newbies the ropes of the business or oversee exams.

If anyone needs to be owned, well, I would be willing to work that into my own character's story.  While she might not agree with slavery being legal, I can still think of several reasons why Ionli would be willing to take up someone's contract.  Money for their family, in the case of someone who had to sell themselves to provide for others, maybe to get them away from someone cruel, it would all depend on the circumstances.  It's a thought, anyway, and I figured I'd just put it out there in case anyone wanted to talk about it, maybe.

The Village of Sun and Shadow was a little more open minded about mongrel folk than most places. They worship a duo of husband and wife gods named Marcelle the Shadowcat and Lumen Ra the Firebird.  Marcelle is known to incarnate and ravish village maidens.  This is only natural.  Men have needs, and the lovers are apart often.  Lumen Ra is a dutiful wife and limits her dalliances to other women. 

  Alana was child of a single mother--Anna.  When Alana came out a mongrel girl Anna claimed that the father was Marcelle the Shadowcat--King of Night and Shadow.  Was this the truth?  Was this a lie to cover her indiscretion with a human bard and his tabaxi concubine?  Or did she simply wish for her daughter to be seen as something special instead of as a mongrel?

  Whatever the truth, Anna’s daughter was cherished and revered for her inhuman features.  The priest of Marcelle took Anna as his second wife and raised Alana as his own.  Alana embraced this love and grew up compassionate and caring.   She loved her village very much.  She took the position of Priestess of Lumen Ra.  She earned the right to wear the armor of her adoptive grandmother--a paladin of Lumen Ra and granddaughter of an Isekaid hero.  Donning that on her sixteenth birthday was the proudest moment of her life. 

  When Alana was nineteen, bugbears came in the night.  This is where our story begins…

What Happened Next: 

Assembled in a private room in the adventurer's guild by a senior executive, the party found him, a Guild Merchant, and a girl waiting for them.   The girl was on her knees, mostly nude, with her eyes downcast.  She had an amzonian body with full breasts and round hips over toned muscles, but there was a maidenly flush to her cheeks. 

  The girl kept respectfully silent until called upon by the quest giver.  Then she lifted her chin but kept her eyes lowered as she related the tale--how brutish, burly humanoids like something out of nightmare moved among her town at night in twos and threes, murdering men and stealing maidens. 

  "Help me save my village and you may collar me.  My virginity, my loyalty, my love, and my power will be yours."

That is more or less what I was thinking aanyway.. Basically her 'father' knew an adventurer who was already one of the Azure Knight's and was able to vouch for her so Shizuka was able to secure herself the postion and some income.
