Wiki's frustrations

So i've been trying to upload pics on the wiki so i can add them to my sig, problem is it absolutely refuses to do what i want it to do. I want to delete everything that i've uploaded but yall dont give us permission to do that on stuff we upload. Or im so dumb i cant find that. Either way, i've tried to upload a revision but it keeps on saying the old one is the current one. ANd i hate the boarder around them that it adds. I just want to reupload changed pictures and have it use them. Also when uploading, it squishes the picture. This whole process makes me want to throw my hands up.
