A Sith Searches for his Dark Queen (M looking for F)

Darth Strix grunted as he slammed his lightsaber down at his Master. The elder Sith raised his own crimson blade in a weak parry that barely blocked the blade and sent the Sith Master hurtling backward.

The apprentice's eyes followed his Master as he moved, he stood no chance. Strix had studied under his Master for as long as he could remember, he knew every move that the Sith would make, every feint and trick. In just a few moments he would be the Master.

Strix was surprised the old man hadn't seen it coming. When he invited his Master to their location, a small moon in the middle of nowhere, he'd expected him to be suspicious. Maybe his lie about a Sith artifact was too good, then again, when it came to Sith relics his Master's obsession often blinded him to much else.

Strix raised his lightsaber to block a bolt of lightning that emerged from his Master's fingertips. He'd chosen this moon for a reason, it was essentially one large field, there was nowhere to hide. He knew he was the superior duelist though his Master had years of training in the dark side on him. That's why he had to take him on physically. An open area gave him the advantage.

The Sith Apprentice closed the distance that had formed between himself and his Master, striking at him again with his saber. This time he broke through his opponent's guard, striking down the elder Sith.

The young man smiled. He was now the Master. Taking one last look at his former teacher he turned and returned to the ship.

The Sith Lord already had a plan in mind. He wouldn't take an apprentice, he would find a Queen. Darth Strix would become Emperor of the Galaxy and he didn't want a student who he could never fully trust, he wanted to take a Queen. Someone who would rule by his side, who he could build a legacy with, someone to help him forge a lineage that would rule the galaxy.

His only task now was to find someone worthy.

Hello! Hope you enjoyed my prompt.

The concept is simple enough, my Sith Lord, having defeated his Master wants to find a Queen to rule by his side when he builds his Empire. Naturally, this will be your character.

I know I didn't do much in the way of description so I'll describe Strix here: I envision him as a young human with jet black hair and pale skin. He reaches just over six foot and while thin has a lean physique not lacking muscle. Having been trained by his Master from a young age he was able to become a capable Sith while still young, being in his early twenties by the time of this prompt/RP. His major weakness is that he is far too assured of his own superiority, causing him to be blind to the threats posed by others.

I'm happy for this to be set in any Star Wars era, we could even alter things and have Strix be an Inquisitor instead. In your DM can you let me know which era you'd like this to be set in, or any favourites you have that we could choose from.

So, who are you? Jedi? Bounty Hunter? Senator? Something else? I'm happy for your character to have any background and race, so long as they're not something like a Hutt.
