It's been absolutely ages since I last graced these forums with my presence, but I'm back baby, and looking to dip by toes back into those warm RP waters.

Setting

Westworld, or another park run by Delos Inc., during its heyday. Rich men and women flock to experience the kinds of things they could never get back in the real world. It's a holiday and a bloodbath, all the same time. You want to experience life in a historical setting? Fork over your cash and get on board the train -- there's something for everyone inside the park's bounds.

The Meta
Westworld, the TV show, has evolved into something far removed from its origins, but I want to rewind a bit and enjoy the fun that Delos Inc. had set up for all those years. We know there were six parks:

• Westworld — an Old West setting
• Shogunworld - a feudal Japan setting
• Warworld  - a World War 2 setting
• Fantasyworld  - a Medieval fantasy setting
• The Raj- a Colonial India setting
• Defense Contracts - a setting reserved for military training

There is so much to play with here. You have the Guests, real people living in the future but reveling in the past. You have the Hosts, androids living their lives according to pre-defined narratives. You even have the staff of the park who pick up the bodies and reset the destruction after a day of debauchery. Let's have a play -- maybe we choose a setting and stick to it. Maybe we jump around and make something epic.

What I'm looking for is someone who wants to build up a character and narrative with me, with a focus on character development (no-holds-barred, so long as it's in character). If that sounds like the kind of thing you are up for, DM me and let's get plotting.
