I resisted the urge to give Shesep the Rite of Talisman Dedication, even though my ‘convenience instinct’ was screaming at me to have her start out knowing it.

Appearance:
Muscular but lean in every one of her forms, Jet has black hair in Homid and Glabro shape and reddish-black fur in all other forms. She is tall as well, with long legs, standing approximately six foot 3 inches in Homid form, and even taller in Glabor and Crinos. She is slightly larger than a normal Red Wolf in her Lupus form. Her eyes are emerald green, and she has a slight olive tan to her skin.

Background:
Jet was born to a pack of Red Wolves in Appalachia. Her melanistic fur was an early sign that set her apart from the others in her pack. Even as a young pup the rest of her pack sensed something was different about her which kept her at a distance. Despite her attempts to be part of the pack she was denied roles within them, such as the typical communal raising of the next generation of pups. Still they didn’t bear her any animosity, but regarded her with cool suspicion. As she grew older she likewise grew farther apart from the pack. Her sleep was troubled by dreams of death. Eventually she wandered away from the rest of her pack.

Being alone was difficult at first, but she adapted her hunting techniques and learned to survive on her own. She struck out deeper into Appalachia for a time as some farms and construction began to seep into the territory she lived in. Eventually one night she heard the howls of a pack of Red Wolves and went to investigate. Gunshots rang out as she neared, and she arrived only to see her old pack being shot and killed by humans. Even though she had spent so much time away from them she still felt a deep kinship which caused the rage within her to bubble forth. With seething hate she bounded forward on silent paws into battle.

The next morning she left, changed in more ways than one. She crossed paths with another Silent Strider that recognized what she was and helped educate her in their ways and help bring her to a Caern so she could perhaps find a new pack. There she absorbed much more information and learned there was so much more to the world than just her small forest.

The "Gaia's Beatnik is newly forming.  They will be sent on missions to test them.   So I want everyone to have a hand in crafting the pack.   One of those is what is the pack motto and creed.   What totem that will suit the pack.

Pack Totem:  Chameleon seems like a good choice, and fits the general personality I have in mind for Jet. Bison could be fitting as well I think, and maybe has more ties to a more Native American heritage sept, but I don't have a strong preference.

Creed: Could be something along the lines of protecting the Pure Lands or healing the wild places of the Pure Lands? Going with the Beatnik angle could be something like relying on the provision of nature, giving up materialism.

Motto: Might be easier to figure out when we get a better idea of everyone's personalities.

Yes it is alright to give Shesep a dot in Iskakku.   Suggestion; mentor is Mary's step-father a Children of Gaia Kinfolk who is her mentor in teaching Shesep Iskakku.     Giving another tie to being with the sept and joining the pack.

I thought it suited the nature of Aodh that he'd know a few tricks, but nothing more substantial. He is a font of potential but is largely ignorant still about Garou society. Anything he knows he learned during his -more- drug fueled days, so he was not exactly a good student.

I'm going to create a world builder thread.   Where will put the character sheets and it will have a experience and renown tracking charts for everyone to look at.   Along with a log of events and accomplishments of the pack.  Also a  list of NPC characters,  from Mentors,  Kinfolk,   Sept leaders,   Allies and contacts.   

So once I set the the Experience/Renown chart,  the accomplishment section and than npc post.   I will have everyone than put their characters there.   So it will be easy to look at the first three sections at top for everyone.
