I'm just going to point out...with this game you could make a futa. The cyberware is there for it. There are some pretty limitless possibilities that are only stifled by creativity.

Still trying to lock in specifics.

Grew up in a family/combat gang called Necron. Their symbol is a red skull which members get a light tattoo of on their back (maybe green skull?). Ganger childhood with fights, thefts, running from law/bigger gangs, underground cage matches. Betrayed by one of the other members as his initiation into another gang leaves the Necron wiped out save for her.

Haven't quite figured out what gangs/locations have survived in night city. :(
