Oooh, even more yummy and delightfully complex characters!!

Shani is posted in the character thread and I am not making a second character (okay, not making one in the next hour or so at least).

Wolfie squirms?  Isn't that why we are all here to cause and collect those?  Hmmm...

Trying to restrain myself from writing a second too soon ;D
If one thinks of omniscience as causal rather than predictive- not 'THIS!', but 'If this, then that; infinite matrices of infinite dimensions each- it goes a long way towards reconciliation with Free Will.

It does not, however, make it easier to contemplate or accept a being capable of visualizing such an array.

OOC thread is up! Both it and this thread will have all of the links up in their first posts as the new threads are created. I'll do that by Sunday if I can't make the time tomorrow.

@Saky - All your ideas for characters sound really cool! You know you gotta make at least one hustler. ;D

It's true, I love creating characters. But I've found in groups where I roll more than 2, some of them end up going dead anyway, and sometimes i get distracted from the game as a whole by the overload.

True, it's a challenge to manage multiple characters, and keep them connected.

London Eliza Pontes

Nicknames: Liz, Elle (L), Copperhead, depends on who you are to her
Age: 32
Birthday: November 21st
Gender: Cis-Female, identifies fluidly with all pronouns
Sexual Orientation: Fluid, mood, partner and day dependent
Occupation: Attorney
Residence: Lakeview Flats - Two Bedroom Apartment

Face Claim: Kristen Stewart
Hair Color: Varies in length and color
Eye Color: Green
Height: 5’9”
Distinguishing Marks: Several tattoos, all are personal to London, some are obvious in nature, others are more difficult to understand and unless she tells you the story they are just lovely markings.  Navel piercing, tongue piercing, and scars on her left rib cage from nearly dying when impaled on an old, broken swing set as a kid.

Personality: London takes no prisoners in court, in life, or in the bedroom.  She is straight forward always, blunt to the point of being rude, but only if you can’t take the truth.  An advocate for LGBTQIA businesses and causes, she is incredibly opinionated, yet will always listen to what someone else has to say if they speak their truth.  When she finally relaxes and socializes, London tends to be unexpectedly goofy, her sharp tongued humor is never mean and usually self-deprecating.  She is a friend for life, and an enemy for eternity, your choice.  She does not apologize for her own wealth, yet isn’t entirely comfortable with wealthy people socially.  A romantic flirt when the mood strikes her, London never comes across as coquettish or an easy catch, unless those jade green eyes catch yours first.

Likes:

  • Watches and time pieces
  • Fine wine and cigars
  • Surprising people
  • Lingerie, yours, hers, theirs
  • Smoky, sexy Jazz Bars
  • Photography
  • Thai food, really anything spicy mixed with sweet hot

Dislikes:

  • Quitting smoking, but she has, kind of, mostly-ish, except the occasional brandy soaked cigar
  • Losing at anything
  • Liars
  • People who can’t take a joke
  • Exercise, she does it, she just doesn’t like it
  • Housework
  • Being surprised, especially surprise parties
  • Guns

Bio: London is a child of academia, with a Father and Mother who divorced when she was barely two years old, yet co-parented better than most intact families.  Professors at the University of Texas (UT)main campus in Austin, her Father taught and studied entomology and her Mother taught pharmacokinetics and eventually left academia for a better paying position in industry when London was 9, so she split time between Austin, a liberal bastion in middle of Texas, with Dad, and Orange County, a conservative conclave in California, with Mom.  Something about her life drew London to delight in contrasts, hot and cold, soft and hard, masculine and feminine, and mixing and messing with any seeming set of opposites until they bent to her will and imagination.

London earned her Bachelors in Business Administration and Gender Studies at UT (because free tuition as a prof’s kid), and earned her JD at Rice University Law School in Houston.  Despising labels, those for people, clothing, really anything traditionalist, London even changed her last name to ‘Pontes’ from her given surname of Welles, Pontes being Latin for bridge, and finds it amusing as hell when someone finally figures out her name is London Bridge (they would have to know her even better to discover that her given first name is in honor of the city where she was conceived, but hey, its better than Liverpool which was the alleged actual spot of her, um, beginning).

Though she worked the usual clinic assignments in law school to get practical experience and credits, her first six years in practice were with a large corporate firm in Chicago where her Mother was born and raised.  In the last year she and two other associates tired of the rat race and with their law school loans paid off, have opened a small niche practice that caters to formerly underrepresented or poorly understood and served clients of diversity, those whose businesses, personal identities and interests cross all racial, ethnic, spiritual and gender/sexual identity lines that were one taboo or pushed to the side in Chicago and elsewhere.  Though her legal practice specialties are primarily business oriented, she does all of her pro bono work via a legal aid clinic she recently started at the Center and sits on the Center’s Board of Directors.

Desired Plots:

  • Representing or counseling any other characters on legal issues or being opposite them in a legal case
  • Unexpected romance, possibly poly
  • Dealing with a panic attack after some traumatic event (traumatic in her mind)
  • Getting arrested, perhaps during a protest or taking the rap for someone else

Ons: Kissing, oral of all kinds (giving and receiving), multiple partners, anal play (both), sensation play, role play, topping everything from other tops to soft bottoms, vaginal (both), BD more than SM, and soft and romantic mornings after, voyeurism and teasing, risk of getting caught.

Offs:  Bathroom things, partners with low self-esteem, selfish partners, humiliation (giving or receiving), disrespect, blood or knife play.

Additional Details: Most people would not guess that London has had extensive therapy for a severe panic order condition and takes medication to help her coping skills keep it fairly under control.  She is more of an introvert than any would guess, and her outwardly talkative nature is partly because of her job and partly a defense mechanism to keep people at a distance.  She drives a blue Mercedes S series, has two cats named Tonks and Remus and is indeed a total Harry Potter nerd who wants to be a wizard.  London vapes more often than she likes, but it keeps her on track to quit smoking eventually, and will do so more, or outright light up, when she is anxious.  Has a stone fruit (plums, peaches, etc) allergy that will make her break out in hives like crazy.

Connections:

I am bringing in a therapist maybe they can work at the same company unless you're having a private practice? 💙

TheGrandAdmiral

Well she has her own thing, but could be interesting to have her work in a company.
