Based on a bondage video I saw recently....a bored girl rents a hotel room and quickly strips nude, gags herself and proceeds to empty the bag she brought....2 sets of handcuffs and a cover for her eyes.  She locks her ankles then, after some effort, manages to cuff her wrists behind her back.
