Kryptonians, The Marvels/The Adam Family, and Wonder Woman are all practically speedsters themselves, only usually outpaced by genuine speedsters like Wally, Barry, and Bart giving it their all because at the end of the day, they can tap into the speedforce while the others are just stupidly fast on their own.

Never before has The Addams Family been just two letters from becoming speedsters. That's about how I see it too. Wally and Barry are definitely the fastest people alive but that doesn't necessarily make them the most dangerous. Wally in particular will be ridiculously fast but completely untrained and if anything clumsy in his over-enthusiasm.
