Making this one its own mini topic because it's an urgent craving. Open to new partners and people I've written with before; I've met some stellar co-writers here.
I really want to write a story with a tattoo artist [MC] and a new client [YC] who comes in for a cover-up, maybe an ex's name; it's a big piece, several sessions, and YC has travelled a long way to get exactly what he wants.
I'd just like to watch them get to know each other over the course of four or five sessions, working against the clock a little because when this piece is done there's really no reason for them to see each other again, meaning someone will have to make a move before this thing is done. It's an intimate thing. I'd like them to touch on the old tattoo, the ex, the relationship, the urgency of obliterating it. Beyond that, I'm really open to your ideas; let's talk.
