its been some time since I've been able to come into Elliquiy due to RL issues, but I would love to return. I assumed that this account had been decommissioned as most functions were unavailable to me and so created a new one, hoping that this would be the correct way to return. However, I believe that this account is still available and simply frozen.

Can you help me to either reactivate this account or remove it and help me with the approval of my replacement account (Arabeth Brychan) Thank you
