Hello All:

I've been having trouble with shout box over the last few days and I hope that someone here may have a different answer than the one that I've seen.

I did start out with a search for topics that dealt with shout box and followed the instructions that I found in a couple of them. I changed my look to something with NS at the end and followed the rest of the directions, no change.

Every time I enter the site, Shout box is open and even after disabling it, when I go to the next page, it's opened again and I have to disable it again. I'm doing this with literally every click or movement to another page; it's driving me nuts and I'm tired of seeing all of those post appear over and over again. Does anyone have a solution? Why can't I disable the thing and it stay disabled?

You need to set the second dropdown, not the first, and hit 'use this theme' after it.
