Presenting my base idea, I’m tinkering away at a sheet on mythweavers and will link it as soon as it’s done.

Namiha (Nami) Barlow

Race:  Half elf Class: Oracle (time)

Brief History:  Nami doesn't know much about her mother, her father always said she was bold, beautiful, curious, and stronger than anyone he'd ever met. She captivated a man that had lived a life of loving them and leaving them. She stole his heart, and in a way, she took it with her when she vanished. He has no idea what happened, but he knows she wouldn't have left him without a fight. So to this day, he keeps a hopeful eye out for her. Still, that left him with a spry little girl for him and his ragtag crew of adventurous to race. Nami group up with her human father, Christopher, an Orc (Grog), an elf (Benric), a tiefling(Zen), cobalt (Grimble), and any other crew that came and went through the years. Each taking a liking to the young girl as time went past. They became her strange and all to an amazing family. They looked after her and did their best in raising the young woman. Things became hard when her oracle powers came into being. None of them know how to handle the strange happenings or where they really came from. But no one ever got left behind least of all her. So they have helped her deal with what has developed thus far, and she has always helped keep them going. Noting only motivating them, but also stitching them up and make sure they took care of themselves. But as the years passed it seemed that maybe it was time for Nami to forge her own story, and she had many questions with no answers to be found. But most of all there were adventures to be had!

Brief Personality: Nami is a bright, spirited girl, curious, playful, kindhearted, adventurous, dreamed-filled sort of girl. She helps those around her, and loves her crew, but has always wondered what else was out there. Her strange gifts make her a bit of an oddball, but she doesn't seem to let it get her down. Though her gifts have been known to scare some of the less trusting folks away. Most times she trusts her gut and doesn't seem afraid to take that first step...or leap. She is a hard worker and one to play hard at times as well. Her strange upbringing gives her an open mind, and she tends to let a person's actions show who they are. She is good at being the middle man, or the calm voice in a room filled with chaotic ones. Something about the energy she gives off just seems to soothe those around her. her smile and laugh are known to brighten any harsh day.

Arainna Niramour Rhialla (Also known as Snowflake or Snow)

Race:  Aasimar (Garuda-Blooded): Scion of Humanity Class: Stygian Slayer (Slayer L4)

Brief History:  Arainna was a found baby by a group caravan guards. The caravan they were with found an attacked wagon that was burnt and in the ruins was a well wrapped little girl that was staring wide eyed at them. She was Taken in and taught to ride, fight and track as well as some more underhanded things. Living with rough and tumble guards 'Snow' Learned all sorts of lessons. How to cuss, how to gamble, how to tell rough humor. Yet all her uncles made sure she learned to read as well as have proper manners and to act like a lady. She lost her virginity at a young age to a merchant (who quickly found himself at the very end of the caravan) after that certain of her 'uncles' made sure she knew all about sex and most of the kinks. Years went by and she found a great blade and heard of the Dark Continent. By now most her uncles had retired or been killed and with her horse and gear she set off to explore the new lands.

Brief Personality:  Arainna tends to be honest and prefers being truthful since it keeps things simpler. She is quick and wise and is almost perfectly built with a grace and looks that can be distracting. Snow knows a lot about sex in all forms and frees she is best at oral. She is not a virgin anywhere and even has learned a bit about the slave girl culture. (mostly from watching and listening at various auctions). She likes to see the world and not be hemmed in and is always open to learning what is over that mountain.

I had considered a hunter for a companion. And also looked at a magus.

Tell ya what Phantom...I see there are others waiting consider me a backup if needed and I can fill any class as needed as well... when there is an opening i can fill it and change the class as needed to fill the party needs.. ask what the teams need?

People aren't necessarily waiting.  They're just not making themselves available right now.  You worry about player things, Phaia.  I worry about GM things.  :d

Phaia (and also the other waiting players), since this is kind of a player-driven game in a lot of ways, you could look at the different IC threads and see which parties attract your eye, maybe shoot them a PM or say hello in the OOC thread see of yoh CC meshes with that group.

As a mercenary, you could possibly fit in with Crimson Dawn, House Nox or Fortune - and with a bit of Nature focus that isn't particularly hard with a Slayer, the Green Horizon as well.  Introduce yourself and try not to feel like you need to worry too much about character build yet - there's room for tuning with whichever party.

Usually, the method to "apply" is to submit a character concept to our character concept thread.  However, for folks interested in submitting characters to House Nox, I would first swing by their OOC.

Word of warning: they are perfectly happy with the size of their party right now, so they're VERY selective as to what character they'll let in.

The process for character creation is that you must submit a character concept first.  Once that is approved, you can start work on character sheets.  You may submit as many character concepts as you want, but you may only play as one character.  The game has 22-23 participants so far, so I don't want to double that over night.

But if any of my players are seeing this, I want you to know that I can GM that many people.  It will be a slog, though.  :)

The only person without a home right now is Rhynarion, but he said he wanted to build a new character two weeks ago.  He hasn't yet, and I'm not sure if he will.  So, I've actually done an okay job putting players in slots.

BUT!  You can start your own party.  The hardest part is drumming up MORE support when the game is already so full.
