Searching and continue to get page freeze and this error code

When I try and search, Im getting the following error code

Host: 192.168.0.2 - Port: 9306 - Error: :Connection timed out

I noticed this happened when I'm home and at another location, different internet/router etc.

What could cause this?

(using Safari) MacBook pro High Sierra mac OS 10.13.6

Ok, thanks for the update. I just got active on E about a week ago.
Is this something they are working on fixing?
