No operative as far as I know.

Shaa Raa deals in refurbished weapons, droids and vehicles.

I don't think that Feen would be appropriate as an Operative at the outset, but she could definitely be bent to that purpose, if the GM was so inclined. She is a bit lost and directionless right now.

As far as smut is concerned, have you ever seen a fat rich old guy who doesn’t have a trophy wife/mistress?

Have not committed to hutt depends on the romance questions answer. Tho if I do go hutt then yes.

That is a tough question as I don't want to force romance upon characters if the player doesn't want it or if it doesn't feel somewhat natural. I want to avoid smut for smut sake if that makes sense.

The Hutt option provides some kinky options though - hit tail and tongue, also can go the "Roman" way by having his slaves perform in front of him.

And if I remember correctly the Hutts are generally disgusted by non-Hutts (which is ironic) and consider them inferior.

Oh no I'm not talking forcing anyone player wise. Just I know hutts and non hutts dont like each other usually. But that why my character isn't liked by other hutts as he has a moral compass and likes helping others. Tho he does have the kinky side that hutts are known for.

Then I don't see a problem with you playing a Hutt, after all they are essential to a SW underground :)

Just an idea, that he could have some mechanical harness or mechanical legs that can allow him to move faster?

For Hutts discovered the joys of sitting down and not moving they can actually be quite athletic and quite mobile.

You could always make a skinny Hutt who keeps getting mistaken for a Sluissi

In the New Hope redone edition they had a scene of Jabba walkjng (slithering?) alongside Han at a slow walking ans talking pace, idk if they can go faster

I heard it was an originally filmed and deleted scene (although Jabba was added via CG later on and in the original filmed footage was a guy in costume and the original draft of Jabba was human(oid))

If you look into the history, the huts where  a  warrior race at one time. So they could move prettey well at one point. Shoot they had a sprawling empire at one point.
