Enthusiastic tabletop player new to using systems online!

Hello! I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm a big tabletop fan, and I've been told I'm a great player to have in games. I love developing connections between my character and other player characters, as well as actively seeking out meaningful connections to the game world and NPCs. I'm friendly, laid back, and easy to get along with, while also being an active member of a group. The systems I'm most familiar with are Apocalypse World (and most Powered By the Apocalypse games), Blades in the Dark, Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, World of Darkness, and quite a few OSR systems (Torchbearer, Lamentations, and Best Left Buried, to name just a few). There are even more I want to try, but haven't gotten a chance to - Symbaroum, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Troika, Belly of the Beast, Heart: The City Beneath...

Okay, now that I've hyped myself up enough: the problem is that I've never played a systems-based game on a forum! I'd really love to change this. I'm happy to try something new outside of the systems I listed above. I'm looking for either a group that could use a new player, with a GM willing to explain how systems games are played via forums and put up with my silly questions, or a GM who'd like to run a solo adventure for me - that's something I've never done either, but I'm very curious about. I don't tend to keep premade characters on hand, as I find a lot of joy in creating new characters that best suit the group's needs (or seeing where the dice take me, in the case of OSR).

You should probably PM Sidhelady. I've heard she has plans for Heart: The City Beneath, or at least she had plans about a week ago. I didn't follow because I don't have space on my plate for yet another game .
