Looking to write with, and as non-human characters

Hello, and welcome to my thread! This one's a little different than normal, as I'm not putting out any specific ideas like I normally might. Instead, I wanted to go into a little detail about what I am and am not looking for in the hopes of finding someone interested in the same.

Like the title suggests, I'm interested in starting an RP in which the characters aren't human, what exactly they are is open to your interests: fantasy races, aliens, demons or dranei are all things that come to mind. Whatever plot we do I imagine will largely depend on the setting itself, so I'm leaving this open ended.

What I am looking for:

Fantasy Races - Orcs, elves, halfings and goblins! Merfolk, fae, or anything and everything I didn't think to mention! These don't have to be the traditional tropes, either. If we want to put out own spin on classic fantasy tropes, all the better. Hell, maybe this fantasy world is a post-apocalyptic Earth and these races are all mutations. Let's get creative!

Aliens - Or a setting so far from Earth that humans are the aliens. The sky is the limit here on what we could play. I'm not limiting this to sci fi either, it could just be a fantasy or modern tale on a planet other than our own with a unique race.

Monstergirls(and boys) - I personally prefer to play the male character in an M/F pairing, but I'd be willing to play female, a fluid or neutral character,or futa as well in some scenario involving monster chars. Also, neko, kitsune, and other such lovely ladies are very welcome here.

Plant Creatures - Dryads, druids, flower girls, creatures with all kinds of fun tendrils and vines. I'm a lover of nature and its all welcome here.

Our own creations! Really this falls into any other category, but I'd love to chat with a potential partner on ideas for something entirely new. There's no need or reason to stick to conventional tropes here.

What I'm not looking for:

Anything that breaks E's rules - I'm not looking to use "she's a hundred year old demon" or the fact that these characters aren't human as an excuse to play underage characters.

Ferals - Similar to above, I like to play and play with characters that have a human level of intelligence, especially in an ERP scenario. Edit: Since I've been asked, some instincts or animalistic traits are totally fine! Characters that act on primal urges, catlike characters that go into heat, characters that act like a hive mind, etc are all great ideas. Some instinct and primal impulse is a good thing, just as long as the character is able to think for themselves in some way, even if sometimes they're thinking with the wrong head.

Ponies - I bear no ill will to MLP or it's fanbase, but I'm not interested in pony characters.

Canon Characters - Yeah, Liara from Mass Effect is super hot, but I'm really not interested in playing as or with a pre established character. I'm really interested in something entirely new with this request.


That about sums it all up! When it comes to the exact scenario, characters, or even how many characters we each play, I'm open and flexible. What I'm really looking for here is a chance to explore some new scenes featuring characters with unique anatomy. I'm really looking forward to seeing what we can come up with!
