Schoolgirl Punishment Fantasy (fulfilled)

So a while ago i wrote this scene sketch for a game that never got off the ground. I’m hoping maybe i can find someone who’d be interested in writing it with me. While this sketch would probably just be a one shot, assuming it goes well we could look at expanding the story beyond this point if you are interested, as i do have a few other sketches and more ideas ready to go that would fit in the same story. But to begin i just want to focus on this scene.

MC would be an 18 year old feminist uni freshman named Elizabeth. YC is ~28-34 year old school disciplinarian. In addition to his role punishing students, he is aggressively antifeminist, and enjoys tormenting and humiliating any girl who identifies as such.

The setting is a prestigious private university. It’s a modern day world with some magical elements, primarily of a sexual nature.

So this is the scene sketch that I would like to write. Think of this as an outline with room for deviation.

-Set Up-
-Elizabeth was walking down one of the paths on campus when a boy bumped into her, causing her to drop her books. She bent down to pick them up, and when she did the boy attempted to take an upskirt photo while she was bent over. She noticed and got angry, starting an argument. The boy refused to admit he'd tried to take an upskirt of her, and Elizabeth shoved him out of frustration. He reported her for it, resulting in an incident report coming across YC’s desk.

-The Scene Itself-
-Elizabeth and the boy are both called to YC’s office. He asks each of them to tell their side of the story. The boy says he accidentally bumped her and then she started getting angry and shoved him. Elizabeth objects and tries to explain that the boy had done it on purpose in a ploy to take an upskirt. YC would take the boy's side and add in that if the boy did try anything like that, it would be Elizabeth's fault for flaunting her ass, and if she was so concerned about boys looking at her it's up to her to keep her legs together and so on and so forth. He'd ask the boy to leave the room so he can talk to Elizabeth alone.
He takes her by the hair, bends her over his knee, and rolls her panties down until they fall from between her thighs. He runs his fingertips over her rump as he begins to explain that she will be spanked as a punishment. He forces a variety of apologies out of her and calls her a slut and a harlot purposefully tempting men to sin with her feminine wiles. At one point he places a jeweled butt plug in her rear with an enchantment such that it can only be removed by a man. Then he spanks her more with the plug in :3 At the end of the spanking he confiscates her panties.

-The Conclusion-
-When he's done spanking her, he invites the boy back into the room and instructs Elizabeth, on her knees, to offer him a very detailed apology for how she tempted him and insulted his honor. He instructs her to allow the boy to take an upskirt of her, which she does. Seeking to humiliate her further, he instructs her to give the boy a blow job and allow him to cum on her face. She does it, absolutely humiliated and cowed. After the boy blows his load all over her face, hair, and blouse, he instructs Elizabeth to thank him for it. The boy leaves afterwards.

-The Aftermath-
-YC tells Elizabeth that he hopes she's learned her lesson, but to help her remember it, he explains that he'll be leaving the plug in her ass for now. He's also going to keep the panties he confiscated, and suggests that getting back to her dorm room without anyone seeing will be good practice for walking like a lady.
