I been trying to use a picture from my phone to use as my avatar. I change it to the small size but it won’t allow it. How can I fix this?

Avatars have to be 150 x 200 pixels.
Selectively Available for NEW stories.

Also, if you need help resizing the image, you could PM it to me and I'll help. I won't be able to get to it until right though as I'm at work right now.
