It all started with a summoning, one that, in all intent and purposes, was supposed to bring about a God that could bring Earth to a new age. The ritual commenced, but instead it brought the beginning of a great evil, the Four Great Demon Gods, and their followers. Built and brought upon by feelings of hate, fear, desire, they roamed the Earth, hiding in the shadows. Humans became scared and frustrated, and as a result, a great War began that laster three years. With humans using their ingenuity, and the help of some demons, the Four Great Demon Gods were killed, bringing about a new age.

After the war, humans and demons found a way to co-exist, and as a result, the group known as SOPHE (Saviors of Peace and Hope for Earth), was created within the country of Japan; the first of its kind. The group is small, and work with both humans and demons to keep peace throughout Earth, by dispatching and defeating any demons that try to use their abilities to hurt the lives of those around them. Their efforts have worked for some time, but hidden in the shadows, there seems to be an underlying evil, a group of demons, and even humans, known as Void, that wish to take Earth for themselves, and their methods have begun to surface, by way of bringing back the souls of the Demon Gods...

What is SOPHE?

SOPHE is known as the "Saviors of Peace and Hope for Earth". Created by a group of humans funded by individuals that wished to originally destroy all demons, the group came together to instead, work to help keep peace between both races. As demons and Humans have lived together for over a year now, tensions still run high. As a result, SOPHE have become a task force that helps in situations and cases that deal with heinous demon activity. Trained in fighting tactics, weapon usage, and even in the history and occult like ways of demonic culture, members become an elite force to topple down demons that wish to cause chaos on Earth. However, SOPHE is not only filled with members that fight on the front lines. Equipped with individuals dedicated to research, science, and technology, there are members in all fields that are working together to help make Japan a safe place to live, and soon enough, the entire world.

Void

Void is a group that has only been around for about 4 years, and yet, they’ve been quite mysterious in their methods. The group, originally created to become a symbol of demon equality within Japan, seems to have taken a much more drastic turn in the last year or so. With their original leader having passed away, Void’s new leader seems to take a more violent approach, and unfortunately, more members have begun to follow in their footsteps.

All of their methods so far have been minor offenses; breaking and entering, graffiti. However SOPHE has been getting intel that the minor cases have all been a lie, a ruse to distract from the bigger picture. Void is planning something big, and SOPHE hopes to get to the bottom of it, before something dangerous becomes too much to control.

Demons

Demons are individuals that have come from the depth of the Earth, from another realm far beyond our own. Much stronger and resilient than their human counterparts, they came originally with intent of taking over the human realm, and using the humans for their own selfish purposes. However, after the war ended, some demons found their purpose to be something they did not wish for. Looking for a new path, they began to meld with the humans way of life, roaming the Earth, and creating settlements across Japan that house demons. While most districts are still human centered, there are some that are strictly demons, with nary a human in sight. Demons come in all shapes and sizes, and have been known to have demonic attributes that split them apart from humans. However, as of late, more demons have taken on human-like features, some even blending in naturally with the human population, hiding in the shadows, waiting for the right moment to strike...


Demons, as well, can be disciples of the Four Gods. As demons can be regular, normal demons, thwere are the types that are based within an archetype, and have abilities that stem from the Gods. Greed Demons, Succubi and Inccubi; these types are what define the demon and their abilities.

The Four Great Demon Gods Consisted of:
Calder: The Demon of Trickery and Illusion, The Master of Demonic Magic
Kama: The Demon of Love and Devotion, Queen of the Succubus
Zelkova: The Demon of Fury and Wrath, The Demonic Warlord
Osefo: The Demon of Greed and Power, The Devil's Informant

Magic

Magic in the modern world is hard to grasp, considering most of it was built into scripture in religion, and has had varying results. However, when Demons began to join SOPHE, they shared their ways, and have helped those within the Organization learn how to defend themselves, and to use their new found magic to help detain, and in some cases, defeat Demons before they can wreck havoc on humans.

The magic taught consists of spell casting, but only a few select SOPHE members have the actual ability to cast magic, as the skill within humans is extremely innate.

Locations

SOPHE Headquarters

SOPHE Headquarters, located near the epicenter of where the Gate opened that first released demons into the world of Humans. A marvel of technology and research, the headquarters is built to withstand major natural disasters, as well as potential attacks by demons by use of the highest grade military weapons systems. Home to more then 1,000 members, they group works day and night to find research regarding Demon attacks and potential threats to humanity, while also working closely with Demons who have renounced the Old God's ways, hoping to find a new life amongst the humans in peace.

The Headquarters consists of:

-The Training Bay, where SOPHE Soldiers work and train for their next Missions
-The Medical Bay, home to SOPHE's Scientists and Doctors
-Staff Quarters: Areas for employees within SOPHE to stay and sleep if they work overnight
-Briefing Room: Home to the Mission Hub, where SOPHE members are briefed on the next missions, and the recent incidents regarding Demons activity

Black District

While the name is similar to Tokyo's Red Light District, the Black District is much more dangerous and sinister. Home to the mass majority of Demonic gangs and illegal groups, the Black Districts becomes a battleground for any human, as the District is STRICTLY Demons only. Humans only go in if they have a death sentence, or are truly desperate to get a Demon's help in whatever they wish. While some of the buildings have mostly been rundown and broken, some are still operational, and hold deadly secrets inside. Some rumors have spread that the Black District is the home to the all Demon group known as VOID, who wish to bring about a demonic age to Earth, where they rule above humans. All seem to be speculation however, as no human has ever gone in the district and survived...

City Streets

The City Streets are home to many shops and areas to explore, with restaurants and shops galore. While most of Tokyo has changed with the times, some areas still hold a traditional feeling, such as the Shrines that have become territories for the religious to pray, as well as the cities that hold entertainment. From here, you can connect to the train to go to the residential area, and even to some schools and Universities. The city streets have become more diverse, with demons and humans seemingly co-existing in a way that didn't seem possible. While most demons tend to have taken their own way of life, there are still tensions between humans and demons, where it seems that many shops and companies do not wish to hire demons, expect for labor work such as building and demolition.

Residential District

The Residential District is the area where many homes and apartments are, laying just about two or three blocks from the train station. These areas have tended to stay the same, however, more and more groups if apartments and homes have become human only, and vice versa for demons. While tensions are still high with both races, at times citizens find it hard to co-exist in a personal setting with demons, and only a few apartment complexes hold both humans and demons together. While it is possible to fid these areas, many individuals from both races advice against it, simply due to rumor or prejudice.

So, What's the RP About?



The RP is a freeform anime-type based story, consisting of the members of SOPHE, and demons that are fighting against the group, trying to bring about a demonic age on the human population of Earth. The story will mostly consist of sandbox based scenarios by the cast, however the Mod will be instigating events that will pull the story forward, and get characters involved in potential plot lines!

Rules

1. The Mod will take care of any fights or disputes in the RP. We want to have fun, yes? Then being polite and respectful are the first steps to having a fun RP experience! If you’re ever feeling uncomfortable, the Mod is here to help you.

2. God-Modding is a no-no in this game. The characters are meant to grow and get better over time in their training and experiences. It’s no fun if the characters are fully powerful and can defeat anyone in their path right from the get-go, right? If there’s anything that you seem feels overpowered or out of place, please PM the Mod.

3. Story plots are always a fun way to get people involved, but please, ask the Mod before you initiate something. We have to make sure that it can fit into the storyline, as well as integrate any ideas people may have properly, and not forced in. We’ll get plots going that get everyone involved, but please be patient and considerate.

4. All people of race and gender are accepted for this RP writer wise. There is no discrimination when it comes to writing here, and everyone is welcome to join. Any reason that shows otherwise from others will be given strict punishment.

5. Post size is important, as one liners are strictly prohibited. At least 2 paragraphs minimum must be written for posts, or otherwise, no one will have anything to reply to when it comes to scenes. If you are having trouble, please ask for help if need be, as everyone is willing to give advice to make the experience simple and enjoyable.

6. Now, now ones posts need to be masterful piece of art, but all I ask is that you have basic grammar skills. Please check your grammar before posting, and don’t have it be littered with no punctuation or quotations when speaking. That could certainly be interesting! The only thing is that imp-like demons tend to look on the young ide, nearly like teenagers in anime and such. I would say imps are ok, but you'll have to find a faceclaim that adhere's to E's guidelines.

Yes! There are some demons that work within SOPHE, however it is somewhat rare, as most of the demon population think of it as demons going against their own kind, Take that with a grain of salt, but it's to be expected when you're stopping other demons.

There could be demons working within SOPHE, or even Demon informants that aren't apart of the group, but are paid hire. Though it depends if SOPHE members want to go down that road and trust demons with them, as some have broken promises and deals in the past.

That makes sense Idlewyld! If the game gets traction and interest, I’ll post my character for people to use as a bit of a template, as well as setting up part of the plot for what a going to happen. I’m all for people being creative, and don’t be afraid to make only heroic type characters. We need some bad guys as well, and I don’t know I can control or make them all myself.

While this one is complete, it shall be used as reference as to what the character sheet will be asking, as well as what type of info you can put in! Mine has redacted information for story purposes but please feel free to give me questions or anything if you have them!

Appearance (Picture or Description is fine. Description must be around one to two paragraphs): Mallory is a young woman, petite in stature, yet has an hourglass frame that onlookers tend to notice, though do not voice aloud. With cream colored skin that holds no scars across her complexion, she only has a small beauty mark that rests below her left eyes. Medium length brown hair is tied meticulously in a neat braid, while her brown eyes are kept clear, usually hidden away by her reading glasses while she works at her desk. Mallory tends to wear more conservative clothing while working, usually wearing a long sleeved button up blouse, tucked in a black A-Line pencil skirt, with matching stockings, and a pair of black heels. A lab coat is usually worn with the ensemble, but tends to be left at her desk when she's around an area of SOPHE that knows her well, not needing the coat to announce her status or role.

Personality: Mallory tends to be a woman who is dedicated to her work, determined to help find a way to bring peace to both humans and demons. However, with the war that had happened some time ago, as well as the rising tensions between both races, she finds it hard to see such a dream be attainable. Still, regardless, she works tirelessly for a way, even if others may nit believe in the notion. At times, naively, she tries to see the good in people, but does know that making hard choices means forgoing trust in others, even if she finds it dishonest.

In her own situation, it's hard for her to make meaningful relationships without caution getting in the way of living her life. While her own goal of making relationships seems easy, her childhood and the possessive nature her foster parents put on her all but stunted her development. She's unable to figure out how to really connect with others other than a work relationship, and hasn't had much experience with going out and having fun with friends, when she was taken to SOPHOE at the height of her youth. She still tries hard however, just wanting to feel some semblance of normalcy.

History (Who is your character?): Carol Daniels and Tershima Minato both met while at an excavation site near Ireland, having both been put on a case that required their expertise. While they became fast work friends, their relationship melded into a partnership that lasted years, up until their eventual marriage. As they continued their research, the event known as "The Opening" ocurred, where a rift in the Earth was opened, and with it, the introduction of demons within the human world. While the discovery of such creatures was the scientific discovery of a life time, the dangers began to outwiegh the outcomes of the research. Regardless, both Terashima and Carol worked on their respective goals and excavation sites, having been contracted by a science company that was wanting researchers to learn more about the demons. With evidence that they could have been amongst the populace, the couple were out on to more jobs and more cases, beginning to see that their research could help in stopping whatever was happening to the world. Soon enough, their efforts were noticed, and the very science company that hired them asked if they wanted to merge their efforts to help bring a stop to the demons eventual uprising, and seeing as their future was on the tipping scale, they agreed.

With that, SOPHE was created, with Terashima and Carol being some of the few founding members of the organization. While small, and very finite in their group, the began their efforts, contracting anyone that may have had information to stop the overflow of Demons, and the Gods that controlled them. Over time, three years in fact, SOPHE became a powerhouse that, with the help of humans and demons working together, defeated the Demon Gods, and ended the Human/Demon War. The group stayed together, and continued their efforts not on research of Demonic culture and history, but instead began as a new task force to help keep humans safe, and soon after, demons who showed loyalty and respect towards peace and harmony with humans.

With a new future ahead of them, Terashima and Carol took a break from SOPHE, and began a family together, however their work in demon research never seemed to take a break, especially not when a new discovery was being made. traveling to Japan, the epicenter of the demonic uprising, and the home to SOPHE's headquarters, the couple were introduced to an excavation site, rumored by the scientists to hold an ancient demonic totem. As they watched, the large group of researchers soon began to feel lightheaded, as a strange voice began to seep into their minds. Like a siren's song, Carol was swept into the dig site by a powerful force, invisible to the eye, and was whisked forward, in front of the totem. Her hands were numb to the touch, her mind a haze, as they came to the totem, breaking the seals. Like a miasma, a purple haze burst from the totem, covering the entire dig site, and Carol as well.

It had all happened so fast, and when Carol had awoke, she had found herself back at SOPHE's headquarters in the medical bay, by herself.

Thee entire dig site had collapsed the moment she passed out, and with it, everyone involved getting swept underneath, unmoving, as if in a trance. Her husband dead, Carol only became consumed with rest, her thoughts only on her child. Her health, her future, what she would become, it all became her goal. Keeping her daughter as safe as possible, she found herself becoming reclusive to the other scientists, getting angry bursts of rage when someone dare get near her pregnant belly. Some thought she was reclusive after her traumatic experience, others believed she was stressed and merely losing herself to her grief.

Others however, could have sworn that in her maddened stages, her eyes glowed a blood red color.

In a matter of months, Carol gave birth to her daughter in SOPHE's medical bay, much to the hesitance of the medical team. With her daughter knowingly in a perfectly healthy state, as if cut off from life, Carol died instantly, taking only a single breath after ceasing labor. SOPHE's medical team had no choice but to give the child up fo adoption, ending up in the care of Carols sister, and Mallory's Aunt, Hanna Daniels, and her husband.

Her childhood, Mallory found out, seemed to be one that wasn't as joyful as most when she was first growing up. As her parents always seemed the most caring on the outside, and most importantly, around others, Mallory always wondered why they never were the same behind closed doors. They seemed disinterested, as if they didn't care about her, or her situation, and it only made Mallory feel more alone than ever.

And then, when Mallory's was 5, a family moved into the house just a few doors down, The Finches. A family that was very much not from the area, Mallory was introduced to the family, and soon found herself meeting and becoming acquaintances with the Finch's son, Kevin. A young boy with red hair and a pension for being a bit quiet, she found herself becoming friends with the boy. It was slow at first, with Mallory being a bit nervous and close off for most of the weeks their families would have them together. She noticed the Finches were eager for the two to get along, and after some time, slowly but surely, Mallory became comfortable around the boy. Soon, they found themselves meeting each other in the same school, and hung out when they could, relying on one another when news kept talking about the current state of the world, now that demons roamed the Earth. Soon enough, as the two got older, they began to grow into their own, yet, as Mallory grew older, she began to regress back to her old ways; somewhat shy, and closed off from others. It didn't help that her parents became more strict, giving her a curfew, and not wishing for her to have as much time with Kevin as she once had.

It only became worse when the two friends were getting ready for one happy occasion, one that couldn't be ruined; Kevin's 18th birthday. Wanting to support and be there for her childhood friend, Mallory had done her best to get ready, and find the perfect gift, even forgoing her nerves and worries about how she didn't fit in with others her age; she would do this, and be there to give her friend the best birthday ever. However, it seemed her plans changed, when her parents forbade her from leaving the house. As she pleaded, confused and practically begging, her parents held their ground, hellbent on controlling their daughter's actions. It all came to a head, when an argument broke out, nearly a screaming match between Mallory and her Aunt, and the truth of her treatment came to light; the loss of her sister, and the circumstances of the whole situation that caused her death, made Hanna disdainful towards the child. Wanting to make her just as miserable as she felt, she took her sister's child in, only to make their life hell.

Attempts were made to leave as soon as Mallory could process what she had learned, but Hanna and her husband relented, and in the ensuing fight, Mallory was physically assaulted; bruised and injured, but still alive. Collapsed on the floor, only her thoughts echoed in her mind, like a clock, ticking down. As if she couldn't process everything, she shut down, her mind going blank.

"I will make them give us the love and affection we rightfully deserve."

That very same night, SOPHE members were called to a disturbance in a housing area near in Tokyo, alerted by the fact that it was a Code Red; proceed with caution.

When they arrived, they found what appeared to be the delirious and mad-ridden bodies of a man and woman, nearly insane in their ramblings. Wielding knives and attacking whoever got close to the house, the SOPHE members were forced to kill the two, all while a strange siren-like song echoed in their minds. They rushed the house, but stopped in their tracks, when they found what appeared to be a young girl, with long flowing white hair, and piercing red eyes. Ordered to subdue, and not kill, the SOPHE members neutralized their target, rendering Mallory unconscious, before taking her back to the base. A crowd was seen around the area, some from the neighborhood, however mostly being from the Finch's house, the crowd coming from Kevin's birthday party.

For 2 years, Mallory has been learning the way of a researcher, becoming well adapted in the ways that her parents began in SOPHE. While she acclimates to her new job, she finds herself more secluded then ever, trying harder and harder to find more of what she wants to be, rather then what has become a piercing realization; she wasn't human, not anymore...

Likes: Mallory usually likes to stay by herself and read, tending to stay in quieter places with not much going on. While she does take the time to mingle and talk with her other co-workers, she finds it hard to stay focused on the conversations and the fun, when she has so much to worry about. When she finds herself particularly stressed, she tends to double down on her work, writing papers and giving out analysis documents towards what could help SOPHE's efforts towards stopping Void, though at times, it can be unhealthy. At times, however, when she's invited (and repeatedly asked), Mallory will go out with colleagues to drink or eat, though she'll at times seem distracted, to some people's confusion.

Dislikes: Mallory doesn't really like the idea of using extreme force on people, whether it be humans or demons. It's always rubbed her the wrong way at times, and yet, she knows that it is necessary when dealing with certain individuals who are hard to control or beat, who wish to harm those on Earth for their own sake. She also has never gotten around to the idea of letting loose completely, due to what she has gone through, and is currently going through. Being told at times that she can be uptight, it's not because she wishes to, but because she feels it is for everyone's safety, even if some of them have no idea what they are being protected from.

Skills (Battle or Science Based):

-Knowledge on Demonic Culture: Mallory's parents were one of the founding members of SOPHE, and became some of the top leaders in supernatural, and demonic information. While she followed in their footsteps when she was old enough, she found that information gathering and retaining notes came naturally to her, and found it to be one of her best talents. Almost like an encyclopedia of knowledge, she knows the history of when demons first appeared on Earth, and the events that followed and lead up the Present Day.

Access: While she's no computer whiz, Mallory has access to some of the most top secret info that SOPHE has in regards to their inner workings. With her passwords and access keys, she's able to get to areas that most soldiers and SOPHE members cannot, which becomes a valuable asset at times.

Good Shot: She's by no means a gun expert, but Mallory has had to learn how to at least shoot a gun incase anything were to happen. Not that she hasn't needed to, but who knows when times may occur. In her training, she was shown to have good marks, better than most of the other scientists.

Talents (Normal hobbies and talents):

Cooking: Mallory has had to learn to cook for herself at a young age, and it doesn't go to waste. Able to make delicious meals for herself, and others, she tends to usually take too much. Ask her, and she may just share with you!

Medical: Mallory has been learning all she could these past two years, and she’s gotten the hang of bandaging up recruits after their training sessions with Azmodiel. Becoming quite knowledgeable in medicine, she’s put in call to help doctors when she can, helping administer medicine and first aid to recruits in need.

Extra: -While some people joke that Mallory tends to be at SOPHE all day, even working in the late hours of the night, people often joke to her that she must sleep in SOPHE to stay at her work. While she jokes about it as well, secretly, the latter is true, as her situation calls for it, the higher ups in SOPHE warning that it could be putting a target on her back if she were to live on her own with no protection.

-Kevin seems to be the only one that has been able to get to know Mallory on a deeply personal level, and at times, she feels selfish at times, feeling like she is using him as an anchor for her insecurities. Alright, here's a first attempt at a sheet!

Albion

Name: Albion F. Remington

Age: 27

Race Human

Height: 6'1

Weight: 170 Pounds

Appearance: With curly, somewhat long, white hair framing green eyes, Albion often times cuts a sharp figure. His skin errs a little on the cream colored spectrum, with a myriad of scars hidden underneath his attire. Many of them were incurred while working for SOPHE, though more than a few were gained even before he found his calling in life, all of which do not bring him much joy to remember. Much of the time he dresses, sharp suits are usually involved, though on occasion he's been known to wear garb that looks more archaic in design to modern clothes, though what purpose this serves is unknown. To him, anything he wears needs to have enough carrying capacity to suit his needs.

Personality: On the surface, Albion possesses a friendly, rather carefree personality despite the nature of his work and how deeply he throws himself into it. Ever the sort to make light of his own situations, he tends to spin tails of silliness and disbelief if only to get chuckles out of his coworkers and help the younger folks relax. One of many humans who seem to get along rather well with other demons in SOPHE, he does his best to keep them out of the trouble of running afoul of other demons or humans who do not take kindly to them.

Though much of this is far from a ruse, it all does happen to mask scars of the past and concerns over the organization that he works for as a whole. The fact the whole organization seems to be quite keen on keeping secrets even from its own workers leaves Albion with a lingering sense of paranoia that gives rise to a sometimes thinly-veiled presence of cynicism. There are more than a few folks he does not trust completely, but for the sake of group dynamics, he swallows his distaste to render assistance to them when needed.

History: Albion's history is, by his own admittance, not very interesting. He came from a well off enough background, had loving parents, went to school and applied himself to his academics like any good student should, and rose through the grades to graduate and be welcomed to the life of hellish living as an adult. For the most part, all of that is effectively true, but it also cuts out a lot of what has come to make Albion the person he is now. He isn't someone who enjoys sharing his history with anyone, and almost no one he works with actually knows how deep his issues run.

From SOPHE's inception, Albion and those who remained by his side were inducted into the task force that would let them put their experiences and their know-how to work for a group that would actively work toward putting an end to any plots that would endanger not just the human race but even those demons who saw fit to offer their assistance. By this point, both physical and emotional scars afflicted Albion, highly distrustful of the demon's presence until they shared their secrets with others within the organization. Discovering he had an aptitude for the utilization and application of magic, it was only aN issue of finding a way that was most comfortable for him to channel it properly, and in his case, it manifested through his use of firearms.

As one who always considered himself one with the gun, a violent past helped to give him a new aspect to guide him on his future. The year prior to joining SOPHE, he and many others were trained, rigorously and often times inhumanely, to combat the scourge of demons. Not only made to kill demons, but even one another to weed out weakness and grow only the strongest combatants, Albion grew doing what he had to do in order to survive. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how you view it, it all came to an end when disciples of the Demon God of Wrath overwhelmed and murdered any who put up a resistance to them before just as easily slaughtering anyone who could not properly defend themselves. Albion and only a handful of others were able to survive, first by fighting back, then by being forced to flee when the odds were against them.

Now in the present, SOPHE remains their best chance at anything resembling some sort of revenge, but Albion himself considers it far more personal than that. To him, any demon or human who worships the Demon God of Wrath is met with scrutiny and outright dislike by him, and usually are not long for leaving the world if he's allowed to have his way. He hopes to one day personally see the end of the Demon God of Wrath if it ever returns. Until then, if the Disciples and their demonic servitors want a war, he'll give it to them.

Likes: Albion is usually the sort to enjoy a few good social activities, taking other members out for drinks or fames and the like. He also has a tendency to spend evenings in less reputable establishments for entertainment purposes or other reasons known only to him. As far as on-duty likenesses are concerned, he prefers to apply himself to tech maintenance, maintaining firearms and other gear for SOPHE's employ. Finally, he does enjoy a good smoke, on-duty or off, and has a keen taste for coffee of all makes to help him stay awake through a busy or boring day.

Dislikes: Albion doesn't really like when people don't know how to lighten up, openly referring to them as 'tight-assed, and not in the fun way'. In a rigid organization like this with already shaky alliances, not opening up to others tends to just make things worse to him. He also doesn't like others raining on his parade, in the sense that he doesn't like being told to stop enjoying something he really likes. Usually this means not using deadly force on enemy demons and humans, as he believes some are simply beyond saving and has no qualms about pulling the trigger to spare others from doing so. He also has an extremely deep-rooted hatred of the Demon God of Wrath, all due in part to its Disciples and those who worship it, and very few things would give him more profound joy than to know the demon cannot exist anymore.

Skills (Battle or Science Based):

Adaptive - Able to react and respond to slowly or rapidly changing situations in any given conflict. If a fight that's been going well for them suddenly goes south, he's ready to switch to distraction purposes while allowing allies to escape if the need arises. Likewise, if a bleak situation appears to be able to be turned around, he'll drop what he's doing and find the best means to turn it around and try to pull a win for the team.

Highly Accurate - He prefers the use of Guns over most sorts of melee weapons except Knives for this reason. Adept at fighting anywhere from up close to far away based on his choice of weapon, he feels most comfortable with a handgun and fighting up close, as he can land the most decisive number of shots while remaining mobile.

Maintenance - As stated above, Albion enjoys performing weapons and tech maintenance for the gear SOPHE uses. He refuses to either be saddled, or saddle others, with faulty weapons or technology, and so ensures everything works to the best of its abilities before, during, and after a mission. Often times other agents note Albion tends to do this with alarming frequency to the point where others consider him potentially neurotic.

Gardening - Few people expect this too much, but Albion does happen to have a free thumb. His room at HQ happens to be full of all sorts of greenery, a few of which serve recreational purposes while others are used for cooking.

Strengths:

Magic Presence - Among one of very few who have awakened something approaching magic potential, his manifests a bit differently from the expected norm. In his case, he augments a mundane weapons' ammunition with small amounts of magical power, thus extending how long he can use his magic to his benefit.

Enchanted Ammunition - Albion's favored magical application. As he's constantly training this ability whenever he gets a chance, there is no telling what he'll be able to do with it later. At present, he can enchant ammunition to become non-lethal impact rounds for suppressing others, create miniature flash bangs to suddenly blind enemies for a quick getaway, or even create ammunition that can ricochet to ambush enemies.

Low Presence - Whether a side effect of part time assassin work or another aspect of his magic, Albion can effectively reduce how easily he can be detected, allowing him to sneak up on and ambush enemies. Demons and humans using magic to detect others, however, will be able to counter this easily.

Weaknesses:

Finite Ammunition - Albion's magic lasts only as long as his ammo does. No ammunition, no magic, and so he'll be forced to rely on knives or other mundane weapons for self defense.

Susceptible to Blinding - Arguably this can play into anyone but especially bad for him as a majority of his fighting style requires accuracy. If he can't get a clear shot or he's been rendered unable to get a clear shot, it can severely affect his ability to engage in combat.

Cannot Kill Women - The one weakness others either expect from him or do not expect at all from someone who has killed plenty of demons and humans. The fairer sex escapes his judgement, and this can most certainly be used against him if it ever becomes an issue.

The character sheet template has been created, and added to the beginning post for this thread! Please feel free to take a look over it and fill anything out to get started! As of now the Game is close to getting started, it just needs a bit more interest, as well as getting a feeling for how many people we have in SOPHE, as well as potential villains, and even independent groups!

Yeas, as I said in the character post in the beginning for lore, demons can work in SOPHE.

Just letting you know, there may be stigma against demons working for them, as demons would potentially be going against their own kind. Just letting you know in case, because some people may use that for story purposes.
