To go in the dark with a light is to know the light.
To know the dark, go dark. Go without sight,
and find that the dark, too, blooms and sings,
and is traveled by dark feet and dark wings.

I really enjoyed that series. It's a good one.

impishcharm

Hobb is definitely a master at storytelling.  Hard to put down.   ^-^

AmberStarfire

Have you read Liveship Traders? That one's very good too.

impishcharm

No, only read Assassin's Apprentice and now Royal Assassin.  I plan on reading my way through all of her works, eventually.   ;D

Those were my two favourites. The Tawny Man series wasn't bad, but Soldier Son was terrible, especially book 2. I've got the first one or two books of the newer series.. the name eludes me but it's about dragons, so haven't read that one yet.

Anyway, I won't thread hi-jack. The nearest book to me right now is that Complete Mathematics one I quoted a number of posts back.
