How to be specific?

Hey, so I want to do a collaborative story (each person is writing the same characters) yet it keeps turning into role play and everyone is super specific in their kinks plus no one likes storyline (always freeform, which is impossible to plot). How do I fix this or am I on the wrong site?

That's interesting. Maybe try making people write a closed chapter each? Or a segment, like... a day? That way it's not really interactive, so it can't be turned into an RP?

I think it can be a freeform, but you have to be able to throw the writers curveballs, maybe make them choose out of a few? Sounds kinda like a Choose your own adventure
