Reasoning for seeking out Paradisum: I did not seek this place out. I was invited and, given the predicament I was in, I didn't see a reason to deny the invitation. After millennia of either serving heaven or laboring in exile, why not learn to "enjoy myself"?

Brief History: Aramanas was cast out of heaven only a handful of centuries ago, though to him it's felt like a lifetime. "Excessive pride," they said. Just because he had the gall to appear in all his glory before a small township of humans during a mission on Earth. That the sight drove them insane only proves that the human design is flawed. They stared and wept as they should, but if the gift of him meant their minds must break, so be it.

The Heavenly Host did not agree with his perspective. He was cast from heaven and locked away in lonesome plane, forced to toil endlessly for his crime. Only recently did a message pierce the ether, giving him the option of visiting a plane of existence lorded over by his long lost brother. He knew he shouldn't accept, but punishment had instilled in him a rebellious anger. For the second time in his existence, he actively acted against heaven's wishes. And for the first time, he did so out of spite.

Beyond his immense amount of spite, he is interested exploring the acts of depravity he's been hearing about for so long. Strangely, some part of him is excited about the thought of encountering the demons here. From what he's heard, their power may even exceed his own, given the rules of the plane and the contract he's been bound to.
