After a historical drama binge, I'm craving an RP set in the 18th century up to the Austen vibes of the Regency. Beautiful dresses (bodices to be ripped!), courtly intrigue and a healthy dose of sensuality scarcely hidden behind the pomp and grandeur of the times. I'm not a history buff and I don't expect my partner to be, either, just try to be immersive. My prompts are more character than plot driven so they are probably suited to a short term story, although I will happily make it long term situation if we're having a lot of fun! Your suggestions and pairings are very much appreciated, too.



- A young courtesan's dusty old Keeper passed away. While he bequeathed her a nice sum, she wants the security of finding another lord and master to ply her charms upon. The courtesan might want to use her new lover as a tool for a personal goal, Lady Macbeth style, but dreaded feelings get in the way and she finds herself genuinely loving him.

- A rather wilful, independent creature - defiantly unmarried noblewoman or courtesan - whose wit and beauty won her a fair bit of admiration around the courts. Here, she might catch the eye of a reclusive Lord and becomes the fiery muse who coaxes him out of his shell toward greater things.

- A slightly less risqué story along the lines of Pride & Prejudice where a haughty, aloof nobleman has a hard time reconciling her feelings for a woman of lower status after she bruised his ego. They could tease or avoid each other relentlessly in public but actually can't wait to get some alone time. I'm also open to reversing the roles here.

A Brief About-Me (for the curious)

The short and sweet version is: communication and creativity are a must. I love to regularly discuss kinks, plot outlines and future plans to make sure the story is moving in a direction we both enjoy. It should go without saying that no one wants a reactionary partner who has to be dragged through the narrative. Please respect the time we put into the RP by sending me a heads-up when you might be away for a while, or if you're experiencing writers block. In my experience, collaboration truly makes a good story.

Regarding writing style, I heavily favour plots that have a strong foundation of characterization and world building - even for short term stories - so you can expect 2-5 paragraphs on average and sometimes more. Ideally you have a flexible style with emphasis on flowing prose, immersive detail and mostly proper grammar. The quality of your writing is big part of what determines our compatibility. I want to be excited to reply, not slogging through a vague narrative with flat characters, you know?
