Last couple of times I logged on the browser has thrown a XSS warning, it doesn't give any more info than that. But has something changed with the initial page code?

Firefox. Unfortunately I haven't got a screenshot  of the warning, but it was complaining about Time Out's and DOS attack. But those scripts are now blocked so I won't see the warning again.
The warning was generated by HTTPS Everywhere and they've pushed out an update recently, so that could be the source of the problem.
