Exactly what the title says. Whether it was something small, or something so embarrassing you'll never forget.

First one that comes to mind was years back getting ready for a club, wearing a shirt as a skirt and my little brother comes in. Proceeds to tell me that it made my butt look big. Still a running joke to this day.
The trees shall be torn in half
The birds shall be severed from the sky
The water shall turn red as death
The maggots shall seek the light
And within the heart of each lay the icons of our destruction

>Be Me
>Loves cooking and cooking for the family
>Summery ass day and we're inviting some family over (including my hella christian aunt)
>I get to cook some big ass ribs
>Because I get to cook, I get to also be the DJ
>I have to go to the bathroom and I accidentally leave my phone
>As i'm pissin, I hear 'Ram Ranch' by Grant Macdonald starts blasting from the bluetooth speaker
> I hear my hella christian aunt gasping and my family trying hard to turn off my phone

So, Totes appears to have won the thread - but since I'm here, might as well mention this one:

Nearly every time Mr. Oniya and I get together with either of our sets of parents, we get the line 'I can't believe you're still married to him/her.'  The kicker?  It's delivered by our respective in-laws.  His mother says it to me, my mother says it to him.

I do have a cause, though.  It's obscenity.  I'm for it.  - Tom Lehrer~*~All you need is your beautiful heart

Nothing quite like your folks sandbagging you infront of your SOs. I remember I was dating this guy for a little bit and my mom flat out said "You seem like an amazing person! are you sure you want to be dating my son? He spent $50 on some cartoon figure last week"

clonkertink

Back when I was but a wee clonk, my younger sister and I were playing some kind of make-believe game. I think my sister was running an imaginary store. However, she scammed me on her imaginary product and I was unable to get refund.

To this day, my parents tease me about my formal complaint: "Mooooom! Clonksis stole my imaginary money!"

My parents asked me why I didn't just make more imaginary money. Now, as a young clonk, I didn't really know why, I only knew that I couldn't. Today, of course, I know that making more imaginary money would lead to imaginary inflation and the collapse of the imaginary economy.
