On the homebrew planet of Arathian the population is in trouble after a five year war.  It's up to the young generations to step up, and by joining the Civic Undergraduate Membership program they'll get money and earn credits towards their college applications.

What do they do in the program?

They are assigned a male handler who will teach them about the birds and the bees.  They will engage in sexual acts daily with pregnancy as the primary goal.

Who can sign up?

Any parent may enroll their 16+ year old daughter(s).  Females 18 or older may enroll themselves, it's never too late to improve your college credit application and full time employment opportunities are available.
