Powers
Kryptonian Physiology: Exposure to Yellow sun solar energy alters Superman's Kryptonian physiology, it allows Class 1000 Solar Absorption and Storage that provides Superman with mass amounts of energy that support all of his increased physical attributes and god-like powers. He may direct this stored energy to enhance the following abilities:
Invulnerabilities: Superman has Class 1000 resistance to Heat, Cold, Fire, Corrosives, Radiation, Toxins, and Disease. His body's cells protect him internally as well so drinking a vial of acid wouldn’t even harm his insides.
True Invulnerability: Superman's dense Kryptonian body provides him with Unearthly (100) protection from Physical and Energy attacks.
Force Field (Bio-electric Aura): Superman possesses a Bio-eletric Aura {Force Field} that surrounds his body a few millimeters from his skin. Unearthly (100) protection from Physical and Energy attacks, range: Contact. The proximity of this field to his skin means that loose clothes, for example, may be burned off of him, while clothes that are close to his body are protected by the "Bio-eletric Aura" Field; It is also implied that he can unconsciously extend this field to an undetermined extent to protect a greater area, allowing him to carry huge objects within the Earth's atmosphere and without gravity or inertia tearing them apart.
True Flight: Superman is able to defy gravity and fly at Shift-Z airspeeds in earth's atmosphere, he can fly at Class 3000 speed in space.
Self-Sustenance: Superman can survive upon the yellow sun solar energies stored within his body, he may survive in a vaccuum or underwater without food, water, or air as if he possessed the Shift-Z (500) Self-Sustenance power in its permanent effect form. Superman does not need to eat, but does so out of social custom, convention, and or pleasure.
Torquasm-Vo: This ancient Kryptonian warrior discipline shifts his consciousness on a higher plane. He can fight an enemy in a purely mental realm with Amazing (50) ability.
Heat Emission-Eyes: Superman can emit his body's stores of solar radiation through his eyes causing Unearthly (100) rank Heat damage with a 10-area range. He is able to make wide or focused beams.
Super-Flare: Superman's heat vision is a precursor to a power called "Super-Flare". This power utilizes all the solar energy stored within Superman's cells, allowing him to resort to an all-out solar fare attack that incinerates everything in a quarter mile radius (range of 10-areas) inflicting Shift-Z (500) energy damage. However, Superman cannot use it more than occasionally, as it drains him of all the solar energy he has stored up to the point of unconsciousness until he can recharge his cells with solar energy which takes a period of 24 hours. During this time frame, he is essentially human and powerless.  His Agility, Strength and Endurance are reduced to Typical (6) rank during this time and his health changes as well.
Hyper Speed: Superman is fast. He possesses hyper speed at Shift-X (150) rank.
Substitute for Fighting for multiple attacks and evading. May make up to 5 combat actions per round.
Substitute for Agility for dodging and catching projectiles.
Substitute for Intuition for initiative.
May reach maximum flight or groundspeed in one round and has no penalties making high-speed maneuvers or starting or stopping suddenly.
Hyper Breath: Superman can exhale Monstrous (75) strength winds at a range of 3-areas. Each area thereafter is at -1CS in intensity.
Freeze Breath (Arctic Breath): Superman can emit Amazing (50) intensity cold freezing breath at a range of 1-area.
Total Recall: Unearthly (100)
Healing-Factor: Superman's body continues absorbing solar radiation even after death. This energy may eventually return him to life making it virtually impossible to kill him. Allowing Superman the following powers: Regeneration, Self Recovery, and Self Revival at Shift-Z (500) rank.
Superhuman Senses: Superman heightened senses as below:
Enhanced Hearing: Unearthly (100)
Microscopic Vision: Monstrous (75)
Telescopic Vision: Unearthly (100)
Infrared Vision: Amazing (50)
Penetration Vision-X-rays: Unearthly (100), Lead: Superman cannot see through lead with his X-ray vision.
Power Boost: Superman can direct his body’s stored solor energies into his Strength, Force Field, and Hyper Speed raising them as high as +3CS to a maximum of Shift-Z (500) rank. It is an instantaneous boost and will be used when the challenge calls for it, all at once, or one ability at a time. He would normally raise +1CS to +2CS, then +3CS in the initial boost or he can boost immediately to Shift-Z (500) if he needs too. To activate an increase Superman must make an Endurance FEAT.
White result is heightened rank for only 1 round, after he drops back to normal levels.
Green result sustains heightened rank for 2d20 round.
Yellow result keeps him at his heightened ranks for 5d50 turns
Red result would keep him at heightened levels for 10d100 turns.
Limitations
•  Superman's powers are based on solar radiation from Earth's yellow sun. Should he be deprived of this radiation for an extended period he will gradually loose his powers dropping at the rate of -1CS every round until they are no more. Additionally his physical abilities will reduce at -1CS every round until reaching Typical levels.

•  Superman also has a vulnerability to magic attacks and the effects of magic. Magical attacks directly affect Superman ignoring any resistances or invulnerabilities. Further more any magical effect is increased +1CS in duration against Superman.

•  Lead: Superman cannot see through lead with his X-Ray vision.

Talents
Wrestling; Martial Arts B; Martial Arts D (Kryptonian version of Tai-Chi); Tumbling; Computers; Electronics; Journalism; Detective/Espionage; Leadership; History: Human and Kryptonian; Linguistics: All Earth languages

Physical Features
Clothing/Uniforms/Costumes
Kryptonian Biotech Suit: Superman wears a ceremonial Kyrptonian armor that pays tribute to his Kryptonian heritage, the S-shield on Superman's chest stands for "Hope" the symbol of the House of El.
The Kryptonian Biotech Suit has the following abilities:
•  Shape-Changing: Remarkable (30) ability to summon his costume to cover his body; his cape is also a part of this process.
o Cape: The cape is a Class 1000 material, while cloth to the touch, Superman's cape is virtually indestructible.

Personality
Superman's adopted parents here on earth rasied their son to value "True, Justice, and the American Way." He still fights the good fight against villainy wherever it rears its ugly head, and he is always there to help in times of trouble.

Strengths
Weaknesses
Superman is vulnerable to Krytonite an irradiated ore from his home planet of Krypton. He is powered by a particular wavelength of light, which happens to be rather abundant in our sun. Kryptonite either destroys or interrupts this because it's radiation is in a band, which is similar to sunlight, but causes a different process to occur. In other words, the kryptonite radiation "chases out" the sunlight. There are different spectrums of Kryptonite and its effects on Superman are as follows:

Green Kryptonite: Causes his body's cells to deteriorate, similar to radiation poisoning in a human being. Exposure to Green Kryptonite causes Superman to lose all his powers at -1CS per round. He also loses 1 rank of Strength and Endurance (with its loss of Health) per round until death occurs at Shift-0 Endurance. Removal of the Green Kryptonite enables Superman's body to regain lost ranks at a rate of one per round.
Red Kryptonite: Causes bizarre changes in Superman's body at a Unearthly rank. Changes in the past have included a berserk-madness rage and personal shrinking at a Incredible rank. It is up to the game judge to assign an effect at the time of the exposure to Red Kryptonite. These changes last for one day per round of exposure to the Red Kryptonite.
Gold kryptonite: Gold kryptonite robs kryptonians of all super abilities and powers and they then have the same stats of a normal human of the same height, weight and build.
Blue kryptonite: Is toxic only to Bizarro creatures. Effects are similar to Green Kryptonite on Superman.
White kryptonite: Is harmful only to plant life.
Jewel Kryptonite: Are fragments from the Jewel Mountains of Krypton. It allowed Jax-Ur and his cohorts from the Phantom Zone to concentrate and use there collective mental might focused through jewel kryptonite to send out an energy beam to detonate any explosive material.
Equipment
Fortress of Solitude

_Fortress of Solitude_: The private sanctuary of Superman, is a relic structure to the past of the planet Krypton. The location of the Fortress of Solitude is hidden in an isolated region of the Arctic.

Chambers (Rooms in the Fortress of Solitude)

Arsenal: One of the most highly guarded rooms in the Fortress, this is where Superman stockpiles various hi-tech weapons that he confiscates during his many adventures. Although he never resorts to using weaponry himself, he often studies their technology in the hopes of finding something of societal value.
Atomic Cauldron: Located deep in the Earth, the atomic cauldron is the most powerful furnace in the world. The cauldron operates off of liquefied Sunstone Crystals and is used to provide power to the entire fortress. The cauldron is maintained by several Superman robots.
Bottled City of Kandor: Kandor is a miniaturized city populated with people from various alien cultures. It is named after the original Kandor City, a lunar colony from Superman's home planet, Krypton. Superman keeps the shrunken city inside the Fortress for safe-keeping.
Interplanetary Habitat: This is a highly controlled environment filled with exotic and often endangered creatures from around the galaxy. Some of the animals found in the habitat include, the Metal Boar, the Black Mercy, the Duplorian Hawk and the Thought-Beast.
Museum/Trophy Room: Superman maintains a gallery of artifacts and souvenirs that he has acquired over the span of his career. Inside are several scale models and dioramas of Krypton and its cities. The trophy room also contains a gallery of statues commemorating other heroes he has worked with, including the JLA and the Legion of Super-Heroes.
Science Laboratory: Superman's laboratory is one of the most highly advanced science labs in the world. Here he studies the substance known as Kryptonite in the hope of finding a way to reverse its effects on Kryptonian physiology. He also uses the lab in an attempt to cure Daxamite lead poisoning, so that he might one day free his friend Mon-El and from the Phantom Zone. Superman also uses the lab in the hopes of finding a way to restore the people of Kandor to their normal size.
Items (Items found within the Fortress of Solitude)

Key: This was originally a giant golden key mounted on a peak some miles away from the Fortress. Due to its immense size and weight, only someone as strong as Superman could hope to lift it and unlock the massive doors guarding the Fortress. Superman has since removed it from its original position and relocated to the Museum inside the Fortress.
Kryptonian Warsuit: A relic of Kryptonian culture, this over-sized battle-suit was worn by his ancestors during Krypton's last war. It also served as a mobile hospice, slowly healing Superman of his injuries after a fatal run-in with Doomsday.
Phantom Zone Portal: A portal in name only, this is actually a large circular window into the Phantom Zone. By operating a controller, Superman can analyze various depths and regions of the Zone.
Phantom Zone Projector: Developed by his later father Jor-El, this device is used to transport living matter directly into the Phantom Zone. It was first used to sentence the mad Kryptonian scientist, Jax-Ur, into exile after his experiments with intersteller travel caused the destruction of a Kryptonian lunar colony.
Statue of Jor-El and Lara: High above the center of the Fortress rests a floating statue commemorating Superman's parents, Jor-El and Lara. The statue is mounted on a Sunstone base and displays his parents holding up a miniature model of Krypton.
Superman Robots: Throughout his career, Superman has often used a variety of robots molded in Superman's image to perform various tasks. He restricted the use of these robots after one of them went rogue killing two members of the Titans, Lilith Clay and Donna Troy (although Donna has since returned to life). One of the surviving robots was named Ned and was programmed to feed and take care of Krypto when Superman was absent. Currently a small supply of robots are used to maintain the Atomic Cauldron.
Sunstone Simulator: The Sunstone simulator is a highly advanced computer network that operates off the self-replicating mneumatic Sunstone Crystals. This simulator is the virtual embodiment of all Kryptonian knowledge and culture. By sliding specific crystals into their corresponding recepticles, Superman can activate a holographic simulation of his father, Jor-El. The Jor-El simulation is programmed to speak and react as if he were still a living, conscious being. Because the knowledge from the Sunstone Crystals was intended exclusively for Superman, the Jor-El hologram addresses everyone who activates the simulator as "Kal-El".
Contacts
Batman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, Perry White, Daily Planet, Metropolis Police Department, White House, Justice League, United Nations and just about everyone else in-between.

Special Notes
•  Due to the fact the Man of Steel has fought relatively few powered opponents, his methods are characterized by a relaxed confidence. He will let gunmen shoot at him, before disarming them, rather them whisking them off to jail immediately. He rarely tires to get a tactical advantage over a foe. This has gotten him into hot water in more than one situation.

•  Superman holds life in high regard. He would do anything in his power to rescue an innocent life, including put his own life in jeopardy or allowing a villian to escape.

Personal History
The planet Krypton had been home to a highly technologically advanced society for hundreds of thousands of years and was a utopia until the devastating Clone War. The post-Clone War Krypton was still one of the most advanced cultures in this Galaxy, but all creative and original impulse had been lost. The society was dying in more ways than one; a strange "Green Death" was killing the population. Twenty million had already died before the scientist Jor-El linked the plague with the side effects of a doomsday device detonated during the Clone War. The native elements of the planet were being fused together to form a new radioactive element Jor-El called Kryptonium. The pressure created by the reaction was causing massive geological upheavals and would eventually cause the disintegration of the planet.

Jor-El was a dreamer in a society that had forgotten how to dream. He was greatly influenced by an encounter with a time lost Jack Knight who first taught him about Earth. A death left an opening in the Register of Citizens and Jor-El was selected by computer to be the father of a new child with the librarian Lara. Jor-El became smitten with her and used every chance to hear news of her. Genetic material was taken from the couple (who never met) and placed in an artificial womb called a Gestation or Birthing Matrix. However, Jor-El knew that the only way for a Kryptonian to survive the Green Death was for them to escape to the stars. He had already designed a prototype Hyper drive and secretly removed the genetic factor from his child that stopped all Kryptonians surviving off planet. The genetic factor that had been introduced by his own xenophobic ancestor Kem-L, the creator of the Eradicator.

Jor-El's three-month investigation into the "Green Death" concluded before the birth of his son Kal-El. The pieces were in place. Jor-El knew that neither he nor Lara could survive away from Krypton, but their unborn son shielded from the Kryptonium radiation in his Matrix might have a chance. With little time left Jor-El attached the Matrix to the Hyper-Drive. Lara noticed the removal of the Matrix from the birthing chambers and she confronted Jor-El. He managed to convince her of their impending doom and together they launched the Matrix. Krypton died as Jor-El confessed his love to Lara - an act alien to that already dead world.

The Matrix took a hyper-light journey covering the fifty light-years that separated Krypton and Earth in just under twenty years. Time dilation meant that the occupant had only just reached the end of the gestation period when he entered Earth's atmosphere. The Manhunters had been observing Jor-El and knew that a Kryptonian raised under Earth conditions would possess vast superpowers. They dispatched a starship to intercept the Matrix, but were delayed by a contingent of Green Lanterns sent by the Guardians of the Universe. This gave enough time for the Matrix to crash land and to be found by the farmers Jonathan and Martha Kent.

The Matrix opened when inspected, thus giving birth to Kal-El on American soil. Believing the child to be part of an Earth based space programme the Kents decided to raise him in secret rather than hand him over to the heartless authorities than had sent a baby into space. They named him Clark after Martha's family and took him back to their farm just as the largest blizzard of the century hit Smallville. They were cut-off from town for five months. The blizzard had been created by the Manhunters to stop anybody reaching the crash site before them, but the Kent's had already " contaminated" the child with human love. After twice failing to capture the child the Manhunters decided drastic actions was required to monitor his future development. They replaced the Smallville doctor with a disguised Manhunter and implanted every child born in the town with a dormant mind control device.

Young Clark Kent seemed a perfectly normal baby boy. His new parents were able to announce him as their own natural son. Martha had suffered from a series of miscarriages and nobody wanted to closely question the new parents. By kindergarten Clark had already formed a strong friendship with Lana Lang and Pete Ross. It was only at the age of eight that Clark began to appear more than a normal human child. He was using a neighbor’s field as a shortcut when his father saw him charged down by a bull. Jonathan ran to the spot where his son had gone down expecting to find a bloody mess, but to his surprise and joy Clark was untouched. Unbeknown to the Kents, Clark's Kryptonian cells were storing solar energy and converting it into superpowers. His invulnerability developed first followed by strength, speed, stamina, and heightened senses and in his final year of school he discovered that he could fly.

Clark was a natural sportsman and found success on the football field with the Smallville Giants. While nowhere near his adult power level Clark still outstripped every opponent. Most, such as his teammates and coach, just saw Clark as an amazing athlete, but for those living in the shadow of Clark Kent feelings of jealousy were never far from the surface. Kenny Braverman was born the same day as Clark Kent and his meta-gene had been activated by the Kryptonium radiation from a fragment of Kryptonite embedded in the tail fin of Clark's Hyper drive. The side effects made him suffer a crippling on-off sickness and when well he always came second to Clark Kent. The final straw came when Kenny asked Lana out to the school dance and found that she had already accepted Clark's invitation. Braverman would carry a grudge against Clark for the rest of his life and eventually became the super villain Conduit.

For the most part Clark's childhood was idyllic, but he was watched by formidable cosmic powers. The loose alliance of deities and entities called the Quintessence watched Kal-El with a keen interest knowing that one day he would follow a great destiny. They tested him by invading his dreams and examining his reactions to xenophobia and what actions he would choose when faced with it. He passed their tests and they concluded that he would one day become a mighty champion for humanity. Other powers found themselves drawn to the young Clark Kent. The Martian J'onn J'onzz even worked undercover as a farmhand on the Kents farm for a season.

Clark's adopted parents realized that great power carries even greater responsibility, a philosophy that Clark had to learn the hard way. Two incidents really drove this home to Clark, the first happened when a car he was in crashed into a tree on the way home from a party. The driver, Scott Brubaker, had been drinking and was left in a vegetative state. Clark had offered to drive, but Scott insisted. Clark learnt that while he may be indestructible the people around him were not. The second incident happened after Clark had practically won the final football game of the High School season single-handedly. His father confronted him over the use of his abilities, revealed to him that he had been adopted and showed him the rocket ship that had brought him to Earth.

The growing realization of his responsibilities and the revelation of his adoption left Clark with some hard thinking to do. He had to help people secretly, but if his identity was ever revealed he would never be able live a normal life. He decided to leave Smallville and search the world for answers to his unique condition. Before he left he revealed his abilities to Lana - she had been hoping that Clark was going to propose marriage. Lana was devastated by the news because she knew that Clark saw her more as a sister than as a potential lover. In time she would come to see Clark's trust as an honor and would marry Pete Ross.

After leaving Smallville Clark aimlessly worked his way around the world, aided flood relief in India, stopped earthquakes in Asia and even raising the odd headline sunken ship. Clark left home hoping to discover answers to his problems, but could never seem to find a focus. In Venice he encountered the veteran journalist Ed Wilson and shadowed him on assignments around the world. Wilson eventually discovered Clark's abilities and pushed him to get his act together. Clark was inspired by Wilson and returned to the US to enroll with Metropolis University to study journalism.

During university Clark worked at Balducci's Restaurant as a short order chef. A waitress there called Ruby Carson introduced Clark to the city and turned a young country boy into a city dweller. At U.Met Clark majored in journalism and took almost every course he could. It was on one of these courses that he first met Lori Lemaris. Clark had seen Lana and Ruby as friends and occasionally as girlfriends, but Lori was different. They fell deeply in love and Clark proposed marriage, but Lori broke off the relationship and vanished. Clark later learnt that she was a mermaid from a sunken Atlantean colony and left because she knew a relationship between a surface dweller and an Atlantean could never work.

Clark graduated from U Met. In just two years and briefly returned to Europe. He had decided on a career in journalist because it allowed him to keep track of potential disasters and to compete on a level playing field with other people. He was taken under the wing of Parisian journalist Simone DeNeige, she was beautiful, worldly, and taught Clark to exploit networking. After leaving Paris Clark applied to the Daily Planet and Managing Editor Perry White agreed to give him an interview. While killing time in Metropolis Clark decided to attend the city's two hundred and fiftieth anniversary celebrations. The main event was to be the landing at Metropolis International of the Space plane Constitution.

Clark was watching crowd when a light aircraft breached the secure airspace and collided with the Constitution. The two planes locked together and began to tumble out of the sky. There was no way to stop the media seeing him, but Clark knew he had to save the Constitution. Leaping into the air he moved with super speed (hoping nobody would get a good look at him) caught the Constitution and lowered it to the ground. Before he could make a getaway Clark was cornered by the reporter Lois Lane who had been a guest on the Constitution. That moment was enough for the watching crowd to descend; each wanted a favor, a promotion, a sales opportunity. In fright Clark took to the air and only stopped when he reached Tibet. There on a remote mountain peak he sat and shook with fear at the emotions that he had unleashed. They knew of him now and his world could never be the same again.

The news of the Constitution rescue reverberated around the world. The public had not seen such a sight since the Second World War. The Daily Planet carried the story on its front page with Lois calling him a "mysterious superman." Clark returned to Smallville in secret. It was Jonathan Kent who suggested a solution, he remembered the mystery men of the JSA and how several of them had revealed their secret identities. He combined this with the name created by Lois Lane and together with Martha and Clark he created a heroic identity for Clark.

Clark could wear no mask in his "Superman" identity as the world had already seen his face, instead Clark Kent would wear a disguise -- he adopted a different hairstyle, costume glasses and body language. Nobody knew Clark Kent at the Daily Planet and it was years since his Smallville friends had seen him. Therefore nobody would notice the change. With the red and blue costume in place Superman made his first appearance in the skies above Metropolis. For the next few days Superman stopped every mugging, robbery and crime that he could find.

The effect of Superman's actions against the criminal element caused a major down turn in crime, but neither the police nor Lois Lane could get any firm details on him. Threatened by Superman the Metropolis crime syndicates formed a single organization under the leadership of Bruno "Ugly" Mannheim. Mannheim had been trained on Apokolips and reported directly to Desaad. He unified the cartels into Intergang and hit back at Superman with Darkseid's son Kalibak. The police responded to the incident by forming the Special Crimes Unit (SCU). Closer ties between Superman and the police were fostered when Clark used a carefully managed "interview" to scoop a job at the Daily Planet and to explain Superman's agenda. His sudden appearance with the scoop of the decade earned him Lois's enmity. She had delivered a similar story onto Perry's desk, which she had obtained by deliberately putting herself in danger to lure Superman to her rescue.

The appearance of Superman was a revelation to the world and to the super powered defenders who operated in the shadows. His appearance ignited a second heroic age with the appearance of second-generation heroes such as Green Lantern II (Hal Jordan), Flash II (Barry Allen) and Atom II (Ray Palmer) plus the appearance of new heroes such as the Martian Manhunter and Metamorpho. Five of the new heroes banded together to battle six alien invaders and chose to remain together as the Justice League of America (JLA). The new JLA was an instant success with the media and they discussed at length if they should offer Superman membership. They got their chance when Superman helped them defeat Xotar the Weapons Master. To their disappointment Superman had to decline because he felt that he did not have enough time to devote to a group, but he told them that he'd be there if they ever needed his help. Superman ended up assisting the League on a number of occasions including during the New Genesis-Apokolips War.

It was one of the new heroes that appeared in the weeks following his debut that caused Superman the most trouble. In Gotham City a mysterious vigilante called the Batman was operating outside of the law. Superman, feeling in part responsible for the new wave of heroes, confronted the vigilante with the intention of handing him over to the Gotham City police. The Batman via cunning and manipulation showed Superman the corruption endemic to Gotham and how only somebody operating outside of the system could hope to tame it. The two heroes agreed to disagree on methods and over the years they grew to respect and trust each other. In later years Superman gave Batman a sample of Kryptonite as an insurance policy so that if he ever became a threat it would be Batman's duty to contain Superman.

As such Steve Rogers can be considered to have Amazing (50) Endurance for purposes of resisting the effects of fatigue and exhaustion, and Unearthly (100) Endurance when resisting Toxins & Disease.
Hyper-Running: Steve Rogers has Poor (4) rank Hyper-Running, allowing him to run at up to 30 miles per hour (2 areas per turn) without tiring.
Suspended Animation: Captain America may enter into a state of suspended animation when exposed to conditions of extreme cold with Unearthly ability, as the Super-Soldier Serum prevents the crystallization of water in his tissues as well as other forms of tissue damage resulting from extreme cold. This is not a voluntary power and Cap may not choose whether or not to use it as it automatically activates under the appropriate conditions.
Longevity: The Super-Soldier Serum grants Captain America extraordinary youth and lifespan.

Personality
As the living embodiment of the American Dream Steve Rogers is a devout believer in the cause of freedom and the ideals laid out in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and as such would never seek to lie, cheat, steal, or otherwise infringe on the rights of others. Totally colorblind he judges all people by their actions not by their race, religion, or nationality. Indeed he is often offended by the prejudices of others and will not tolerate it in his presence and will attempt to school the offender whenever possible in the wrongness of their actions. Believing that one man can make a difference he sets the best example he can at all times in hopes of inspiring his fellow man to rise up to his level instead of sinking into the depths and will give his life if that’s what it takes to save lives.

Equipment
Unique Weapon-Shield: Constructed from a unique combination of Vibranium, Steel alloy and an unknown third catalyst, that has never been duplicated called Proto-Adamantium. This 2.5 foot diameter circular shield is one of the most indestructible items ever known, possessing a CL3000 material rank and impervious to virtually anything of less than cosmic status or rare powers capable of affecting the molecular bonds that render it so impervious to harm. While no amount of conventional damage can penetrate the shield it cannot block stuns or slams from affecting its wielder and may soak up as much as 100 points of damage at any given time. It can however allow someone to stand on it while falling and successfully absorb the damage and allow its wielder to escape injury even while falling at terminal velocity. Due to its disk-shaped design and unusual resiliency the shield may be thrown up to three areas and bounced off of multiple targets and return to its wielder’s hand on a successful Yellow feat. It can do up to Incredible (40) blunt damage when wielded by Captain America based on his current strength, and Remarkable (30) edged damage depending on how he chooses to strike with it.
Body Armor: Constructed of a micro-chainmail mesh with an underlying Kevlar layer and integrated cowl his costume provides Excellent protection from heat and cold, Good against edged attacks, and Typical against blunt and piercing attacks.
Utility Belt: Captain America has often worn a utility belt containing mission-specific equipment.
Photon Shield Generator: Worn on his Right Glove, Cap usually activates it when his Vibranium iron alloy Shield is not with him. It is an upgraded version of a standard plasma shield that can fire energy blasts of Incredible force. It also can mimic a variety of melee weapons giving these Amazing material strength. The Shield uses red plasma instead of yellow and can even mimic the color design of Cap's classic shield. He can block up to 90 points of damage, but he is still subject to stuns and slams.
Motorcycle: Captain America rides a Harley-Davidson custom special motorcycle, custom built for him by young motorcycle mechanic Jonathan Coulson of Queens, New York. Coulson modified the bike for the Captain in repayment for the Avenger's help in reconciling the youth with his father. Captain America then took it to SHIELD, where it was further modified. Captain America keeps his motorcycle in his van and takes it wherever he travels.

Van: his van was a gift from T'Challa and was designed by Wakandan engineers. Captain America travels in this custom-built Chevrolet van whose nondescript outward appearance allows him to travel incognito. The van's interior contains a mount for Captain America's motorcycle and a built-in cot for sleeping. Built into the engine housing is a computer interface cradle designed to work in conjunction with Captain America briefcase modem-computer system to enable him to receive messages from his hotline service.

Captain America's Hotline: The Hotline is a nationwide telephone service enabling American citizens to directly contact Captain America with information pertaining to national security or crises beyond the scope of conventional authorities. The Hot line is headquartered in a nondescript building in Brooklyn Heights, New York, and is fully computer-automated so it requires no personnel. Incoming calls are recorded, transferred to printed text, and transmitted by computer to Captain America's portable briefcase terminal. All messages are simultaneously sent to the Stars and Stripes, an independent nationwide network of computer enthusiasts who have volunteered to assist Captain America in his data processing. The volunteer's scan all messages correlate them as to duplication, urgency, and location. This information extract is then forwarded by computer through telephone lines to Captain America roves the country; he has constant access to information regarding his mission to serve the nation.

Contacts
Captain America can expect virtually any hero or American citizen (and even some villains and non-Americans) to come to his aid when he calls upon them. So great is his ability to lead and inspire only the most heinous of villains can successfully resist his call.

Special Notes
CapShield

Captain America's only weapon is his shield, a concave disk 2.5 feet in diameter, weighing 12 pounds. It is composed of a unique combination of Vibranium, Steel alloy and an unknown third catalyst, that has never been duplicated called Proto-Adamantium. The shield was cast by American metallurgist Dr. Myron MacLain, who was contracted by the U.S. government to create an impenetrable substance to use for tanks during World War II. MacLain was never able to duplicate the process due to his inability to identify a still unknown factor that played a role in it. The shield was awarded to Captain America by the government several months after the beginning of his career.

The shield has great aerodynamic properties: it is able to slice through the air with minimal wind resistance and deflection of path. Its great overall resilience, combined with its natural concentric stiffness, enables it to rebound from objects with minimal loss of angular momentum. It is virtually indestructible: it is resistant to penetration, temperature extremes, and the entire electromagnetic spectrum of radiation. The only way it can be damaged in any way is by tampering with its molecular bonding.

Personal History
Steve Rogers was born July 4, 1920, to poor Irish immigrant parents, Sarah and Joseph Rogers, and grew up a frail youth during the Great Depression. His father died when he was a child, and his mother died from pneumonia later when he was in his late teens.

Steve Rogers became a fine arts student specializing in industrialization in the 1940's before America entered World War II. He attempted to enlist in the army only to be turned away due to his poor constitution. A U.S. officer offered Rogers an alternative way to serve his country by being a test subject in project, Operation: Rebirth, a top secret defense research project designed to create physically superior soldiers. Rogers accepted and after a rigorous physical and combat training and selection process was selected as the first test subject. He was given injections and oral ingestion of the formula dubbed the "Super Soldier Serum" developed by the scientist Dr. Abraham Erskine. Rogers was then exposed to a controlled burst of "Vita-Rays" that activated and stabilized the chemicals in his system. The process successfully altered his physiology from its frail state to the maximum of human efficiency, including greatly enhanced musculature and reflexes.

After the assassination of Dr. Erskine. Roger was re-imagined as a superhero who served both as a counter-intelligence agent and a propaganda symbol to counter Nazi Germany's head of terrorist operations, the Red Skull. Rogers was given a costume modeled after the American flag, a bulletproof shield, a personal sidearm and the codename Captain America.

He was also given a cover identity as a clumsy infantry private at Camp LeHigh in Virginia. Barely out of his teens himself, Rogers made friends with the teenage camp mascot, James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes. Barnes accidentally learned of Rogers' dual identity and offered to keep the secret if he could become Captain America's sidekick. Rogers agreed, and trained Barnes. Roger met President Franklin D. Roosevelt, who presented him with a new shield made from a chance mixture of iron, Vibranium and an unknown catalyst, making it virtually indestructible. Throughout World War II, Captain America and Bucky fought the Nazi menace both on their own and as members of the superhero team the Invaders, which after the war evolved into the All-Winners Squad.

In the closing days of World War II in 1945, Captain America and Bucky tried to stop the villainous Baron Zemo from destroying an experimental drone plane. Zemo launched the plane with an armed explosive device on it, with Rogers and Barnes in hot pursuit. They reached the plane just before it took off, but when Bucky tried to defuse the bomb, it exploded in mid-air. The young man was believed killed, and Rogers was hurled into the freezing waters of either the North Atlantic. Neither his body or Bucky's were found, and both were presumed dead.

The Avengers discovered Rogers' body in the North Atlantic, his costume under his soldier's uniform and still carrying his shield. Rogers had been preserved in a block of ice since 1945, which melted after the block was thrown back into the ocean by an enraged Sub-Mariner. When Rogers revived, he related his last, failed mission in the closing days of the war. Rogers accepted membership in the Avengers, and although he soon adjusted to modern times well enough to eventually assume leadership of the team, he was plagued by guilt for not being able to prevent Bucky's death. He also undertook missions for the national security agency S.H.I.E.L.D., which was commanded by his old war comrade Nick Fury. Rogers established a residence in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York and has discovered that Bucky had been held in suspended animation throughout the Cold War performing assassinations as the Winter Soldier.

Recent events have been tumultuous for Captain America. As the passage of the the Superhuman Registration Act drew near, Maria Hill (the leader of S.H.I.E.L.D.) propositioned Rogers and the Avengers to join S.H.I.E.L.D. in enforcing the act. When he refused, Hill had her trained "Superhuman Response Unit" attack him. During the scuffle Rogers avoided being tranquilized and managed to escape by lodging his shield in an aircraft and forcing the pilot to fly him to safety. Soon after, Captain America became the de facto leader of the Secret Avengers, heroes fighting against the registration act, much to the consternation of his erstwhile friend Iron Man. While the two made sporadic attempts to reconcile during the Civil War, the clashes between their respective teams became more and more heated, ultimately leading to a pitched battle in the middle of New York City. At the end of the battle, as Cap was about to deliver a finishing blow to Iron Man, he was tackled by several emergency workers. Realizing the damage the war was doing to the city and its civilian population, Captain America unmasked and surrendered as Steve Rogers.

On his way to an arraignment at the Federal Courthouse in New York City, Captain America was shot in the right shoulder by a sniper's bullet. Several subsequent shots were fired point blank at Rogers by Sharon Carter, brainwashed by Dr. Faustus who was allied with the Red Skull. Sharon, unaware of her actions and concealed by the crowd during the shooting, escorted Rogers to the hospital while the Falcon and the Winter Soldier subdued the sniper, Crossbones (Brock Rumlow). Captain America was pronounced dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital. Sharon's memory was restored by a keyword spoken by the Red Skull's daughter, Sin (Sinthia Shmidt).

It was later discovered that while his body was killed Rogers' essence, he was "locked into a fixed point in space and time". Rogers' mind was being transported through time, forcing him to relive certain segments of his life such as World War II and becoming Captain America as well in various other scenes. Some changes were revealed to what was previously known. (See notes below). While reliving the Kree-Skrull War, he was able to ask the Vision to record a message about his time travel condition to Mister Fantastic and Wasp in the future, which was duly relayed by the current Vision. With this data, Richards concluded that Sharon was the key to bringing Steve out of time, although they were too late to stop Doctor Doom and Arnim Zola from doing just that, however the Red Skull was now in control of Steve's body.

Barnes and Rogers fought to drive the Red Skull from his body and succeeded in doing so. Rogers considered retirement from the role and allowed Barnes to continue operating as Captain America, thinking there should not be two formal active Captain Americas. Rogers visited the current US President who gave "Captain America", not Steve Rogers specifically, a full pardon for his actions during the Civil War. Rogers explained that he didn't intend to resume wielding the shield, but would if asked. The President mentioned that this was fine, as he had another idea for Steve's services in the future.

?!?

Show me what you have in mind for a character Sheet an we can see???

Orval Wintermute

To be fair I'm not entirely sure how it would work, what with Lucifer being immune to everything but truly divine\demonic weaponry, even then he wouldn't die as such he'd just get kicked down to hell. Also I don't know the MSH rules so hard to numbers to attributes.

I did MazahS could be interesting but as his main power is to absorb the powers of people he kills, I could see that getting problematic.

Gannameade

That was my point.

Might create more problems over role-playing of the recreating of the universes.

Might need to reconsider another.  Had Lucifer in another game and wasn't the easiest to play or contend with.

But I will do some of my own research too to see if we can still come up with something that makes sense.
