Fascinating concepts.  Would you be open to your impregnation being something alien that produced the proper biological responses, but didn't result in a baby?  Maybe a creature that secretes the proper hormones to keep a woman lactating constantly?  Of course, it lives in the womb, and it's squirmy and heavy- just like a 9-month fetus.
You say you don't like breast expansion- how large would you accept for milk-loaded breasts?
