What if one enterprising coed worked her way onto the College team's bus, as a sort of free-use mascot and cheerleader all in one (costume not necessary)? What if every college sports team had a "team morale builder" like this, and it was a prestigious role on campus?

When the team loses, she would be expected to either provide consoling blowjobs on the drive home, or be roughly double-teamed to vent frustrations under the bleachers.
