How do I make friends

It sucks trying to make friends as an adult. It's something I've struggled a lot with as well. Didn't help that I moved away from home and lost that connection over time with the friends I had. When I came on here I really didn't expect to make friends but I've made a few. Granted I still keep a good wall up but that's my own messed up form of personal protection. But, I started in the social threads and over time more people were interested in talking to me. If you ever want to talk feel free to PM me.

It’s really hard to make friends on a site like Elliquiy, to be honest. But the best bet I can offer you is to visit the socializing boards and just scoot around all the threads. You’ll find that most people aren’t that bad but also, you just have to relax whenever you’re interacting with others and not let stress cloud your mind or judgement of how you are perceived. But in real life, you just have to find people who enjoy the things that you do and just make the best of the moments you have with them discussing the things y’all enjoy together.

My inbox is always open if you ever feel like you need someone to chat with you. I’m usually online all the time. Sorry that things aren’t going as expected but perhaps I can try to show you some areas that I hang around.
