70's/80's Showbiz Glamour - music, movies, performance (any gender)

LOOKING FOR: Anybody (doesn't matter if male or female) who's interested in the topic and up for a mix of story and mature content. I'm a female myself, but I'm willing to take on the role of any character.

GENERAL IDEA: Let's explore the fun and sexy side of the 70's or the 80's music, art or film industry. I'm interested in either NYC as the main setting for the roleplay, so think musicians such as Lou Reed or David Bowie, glam rock, punk, new wave - the more glamorous the better. Some things that come to my mind are backstage affairs, big movie directors, auditions, art exhibits, androgyny, artificiality, vanity, dancing, drinking, drugs and, obviously, sex. We can either dabble in several different scenarios, or stay with one if we get into our characters properly.

IDEAS FOR CHARACTERS AND PAIRINGS:  I think almost any type of pairing would work for this, but here a few just to give you some inspiration: rock star x groupie, artist x musician, director x actor, star x fan, and so on. We can invent our own original characters, use actual stars such as Bowie or combine these two.

I already have a few possible scenarios in mind, but I'm willing to discuss anything you might be interested in. We can settle on the characters we want to play and specify the storyline - just DM me or comment if you are intrigued!
