Show New Replies question

Is there a way to remove a thread from the “show new replies to your post” section without deleting the comment?
Nitpicking naysayers barking like beagles, through the tall grass of poisonous tongues

On the bottom right of the post, there is a button that says "Ignore Replies" 

If you hit that it will not show up as unread replies.
