Chestnut Otter of Halfworld (Marvel Universe)

Character idea to play in a superheroes medieval or similar type world. He can have antigrav tech to contain a water sphere and use a harpoon or water pellet shooting gun. He can also  bite and claw when necessary. When I have a story to put him into I can further flesh out the character, and would prefer a location to protect such as a city or castle. I do not mind things of a sexual nature, and tend to lean towards guys, but do not like games where sexual conduct is the main theme.
