Personality : Dahlya is a true opportunist, viewing every situation with the calculated eye of one weighing how it might best benefit herself.  Her base desire is to accrue enough wealth and power to never be forced to follow the orders of anyone else again, and instead to have others to do her bidding.  While there are certainly those who would view her as heartless or cold, she adheres to a personal code that she considers far more honorable and merciful than many.  Her general personality, however, is affable, charming and quick to humor.  She loves to spend her evenings in taverns with a glass of wine, a bit of pleasant company and a bard to play while she sings bawdy songs.  Her desire to live the good life - and for a good long while - drives her in both her professional and personal life.

Biography :  At the age of three, Dhalya was seized as payment for her parent's debt to the Orzhov Syndicate.  Of course, the party line was that she was to be raised in the church and her parents were lucky to have them take such a vested interest in their daughter.  She was placed in one of the many 'orphanages' run by the syndicate and taught first and foremost absolute loyalty to the church and unquestioning obedience to any and all orders given.

Over time, her slight stature, cunning and light-footedness drew the notice of those within the church that trained the enforcers.  Around sixteen, she was removed from the orphanage and moved to a location where she could be taught to fight with bladed weapons and bows alike.  As she was being taught to kill without compunction, she was also being given lessons in deception, so that she could employ both one day for the service of the syndicate.

Now, Dahlya has more than a few murders under her belt, and she finds that each life she ends gets easier and easier for her to swallow.  Still, she balks at the bit she's been forced to endure her whole life and dreams of one day being the one who gives the orders.  Every taste of the good life only increases her hunger for more, and each day she spends as the Syndicate's indentured servant makes her long for freedom.  Still, her devotion is absolute.  She knows her life will be far better in the church than anywhere else, she just has to claw - or kill - her way to the top of the heap.

How about a lovable demon worshipping Tortle brought into the cult as a baby and well now is a Sideshow Freak whose gig is letting commoners hurl daggers at her, if you don't wound her, you lose your money (tucked in her shell her AC is 21) so for every wager there is a good chance she won't get hurt. Not sure of class or background but will be not your average Tortle. But is working on other acts like having a large beast ram her around to see if she could expand her act to maybe a version of hockey with her the puck.

Tortes are an official race and well I figure some traveler with poor morals snagged her and sold her to the cult as a potential prop but she was found to be sentient and well they are not for restricting their followers who are sentient.

I like the purple eyed girl better--especially her outfit--but the redhead's expreission is all playful and dangerous.

Personality : Still young, capricious, and full of optimism. Has a sense of freedom since joining the Izzet, and does her best to infect others with the idea that there are no limits.

Biography : Toz was born into the guildless streets of Ravnica, and her first memories were always of the gangs that roamed the streets. She didn't have much choice but to join herself, as it was a sort of family tradition, what with her older brothers already being members themselves. But she was never happy with this life. This was when she began to hear rumors of powerful wizards and other worlds. And though it was often dismissed as fantasy, there was one in particular that drew Toz's attention, one of a powerful fire-wielding sorceress.

Even if it wasn't real, she figured if she could do something similar, it would pull her out of the gang's clutches and into a better life. And the best place to figure out something like that had to be an Izzet lab. Late one night, she snuck into the nearest one. And though she didn't find the exact answers she was looking for, she spent hours looking over various research notes and papers in fascination. She was so enthralled that she didn't notice the Vedalken that had stepped into the room. For a few moments, he watched in silence, a small grin upon his face. When Toz finally turned around and noticed him, she scrambled towards the window, startled. But he didn't call the guards, and instead had a better idea.

The spark of curiosity she had intrigued him, and at first, she worked quietly as an assistant, usually sent to procure various items the guild couldn't always legally obtain. But you know, the longer one is around mad wizards, the more one tends to pick up, and Toz was no exception. Not just that, but not only was she not looked down on for learning more, it was encouraged. At last, she finally felt free, and wanted others to feel the same.

Quick Backstory

Oloven was born into the Simic Combine like many of his kind, but he did not take a liking to the mad experiments they treasured so much. In fact, he was never one to care about advancing science--or any sort of agenda, for that matter. When it came time to choose his guild, he simply declined to.

Over the years he made friends among his fellow guildless and lived a poor but free and morally relative life. However, there comes a time when coin runs out, and cons aren't bringing in as much as they used to. Luckily for him, there was a guild quite suited for his skill set and lust for wealth. Suffice it to say, he found religion.
