The Latex, Leather and Neon Detectives! (Futa Shadowrun 4e Recruiting all!)

So I got inspired by this HIGHLY NSFW PICTURE, IF YOU CLICK IT IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT, and now, I wanna run a Shadowrun game. But not your typical one! Instead of being criminals hired by corps, the group will have a tiny bit of legal standing in the form of a detective agency! That's right, we'll be private investigators investigating cases brought to us by whoever I decide to send your way, and while all the usual infiltrating and less than legal activities will be there, there's bound to be a few complications from our new status! And there is one complication: For some reason, all the people hired by the owner of the agency just so happen to be futanari!

The Setup: Elizabeth, a mysterious woman who has a thing for latex suits, has formed a detective agency. Her mission? Open her doors to those who feel wronged by the system, and bring the wrong doers to justice! Though the justice isn't always in a court of law, since those are bought and paid for by the corps. But with world-spanning social media, and plenty of dark corners, the message will get out and shame can be a deadly weapon. As such, she's assembled a team of kickass futanari ladies (or at least, those willing to have the Biotech installed to be one if Elizabeth paid for it), to investigate private cases and do what must be done. Your cases could be anything! Though we'll probably keep it to Seattle, for the beginning at least!

If we get this going, the character creation would be as follows:

• 4th Edition, just so we're all clear.
• Priority System (In Runner's Companion)
• Characters MUST be Futanari. If requested, you can have mods that allow you to change gender on the fly, I'll come up with a cost for it.
• Any augmentations or modifications that are purely cosmetic will NOT have an Essence cost. They must be purely cosmetic, and have no effect. A bit of headware that makes your hair grow out pink is cosmetic, something that auto-styles your hair into the perfect shape might be pushing it. I have final say on what is and isn't cosmetic.

The hard part is the "Priority" bit. There's a table in the Runner's companion that tells you about it, but basically, you have 5 priorities, A through E. You put them into Skills, Attributes, Resources (Money), Talent (Magic/Technomancy) and Heritage (Race). The higher you "prioritize" one thing, the more you get. Take Resources: E gets you a measly 5,000 bucks and 2 contacts, but A gets you 250,000 dollars and 8 Contacts (Contacts are useful, trust me).

Also fine! I think we have most of the bases covered except for maybe pure combat, but it's not like we can't settle that somewhere along the line (or I just throw less combat at you, that works too)

Working on two concepts, both human.  A combat mage (Possibly with a tantric theme) and a two pistol gunslinger adept.  And maybe a third, illusion magic and social skills, with the Seductress template and Black Magic tradition, for high charisma.  Maybe an Elf, even.

Background
Melanie woke up in a high class hotel room in bed with a naked dead man. She cannot remember anything, being with that man, how she got there. She also found out that she is a Futanari, which is a shock to the system. Panicking, she grabbed what she thinks is her stuff and runs. While escaping the hotel, she found that she can change her features.

Over the course of months, she found that she had certain abilities and skills. With regards to what had happened previously, there were no trace of anything happening. Research on herself yielded nothing. Not having much money to her name, she used her abilities night to night, getting free accomodation, that is until Elizabethmet her.
