Hi~

I made a Patreon account to support E and everything went well until I went to PayPal to make an account there. It asked for my country and state at the beginning and let me select Spain. But when it was time to fill in the billing address, it asked for the city and state, but it only shows US states. Is there any way to change that so it shows, in my case, Spain's "states"?
