Strength training yes, but I'm not a big fan of cardio. So I guess not guilty, given that both are a part of the whole.

Not guilty. There have been grumbles over the extended covid measures, but that's about it.

TNP has fallen out with a friend, made up, then regretted it.

Eh. Kinda. I need to get caught up on posts, but I said it'd be Tuesday or Wednesday before I would likely get back to it. I thought that travel would stress me out, and it did, but the whole vacation also stressed me out. I'm gonna say not guilty because I wasn't expecting to be writing at this point either way.

TNP would prefer to stay at home on vacation rather than go on a trip.

Guilty. With Covid and all these strange viruses popping up everywhere, I'd rather chill at home than get sick while away from home.

Guilty-ish. If the oil has to be raw/room temperature, then olive all the way. If it has to be heated, preferably sunflower.

Not guilty any more. My normal morning meal is relatively small (under 300 calories) and consists of any two of 4 oz (113 g) of cottage cheese, two large eggs (usually hard-boiled or fried, but any form of prep will do), or a tin of sardines. When available, two slices of thick-cut bacon are also an option.

Not guilty. I try my best to eat breakfast every day. That way, I don't overeat around lunchtime.

Not guilty. I used to go in with my brother and sister on a bouquet for my Mom on Mother's Day and Easter, but she died five years ago. I once bought a dozen roses for valentines day for my then girlfriend, but the expense was obscene, and she would have been happier with baseball tickets or a dinner out. So no, not in years.

Guilty. We have two tomato plants in our yard that are both producing tomatoes at this time. We eat the cherry tomatoes by the handful, and find tomato-based recipes for the others. Two nights ago we had a tomato quiche that was really delicious, and I had my second piece for lunch yesterday. Can't beat fresh tomatoes you grew yourself.

TNP has a black thumb. (Is really bad with plants and gardening.)

Not guilty!  I usually do pretty good with plants even though I'm reduced to a window sill garden these days.  I have two spider plants (one adult and one a baby), a jade plant and a snake plant with two main shoots and two new shoots.  All are doing really good.


TNP has been having toaster waffles for breakfast at least three times a week.

Not guilty. I can't have carbs in the morning or I'm passing out tired by the afternoon. My breakfast almost always consists entirely of protein rich foods.

Sorta Guilty. I love naps, but I don't like that they usually cause me to go to bed later at night... and yeah, it's a whole cycle of mess. But they are niiiice.

I thought about it, but at Starbucks, they were offering samples this new iced Apple Chai (with Dairy-Free cream, whatever that is) and it was really good, so I decided to get that instead of the Pumpkin Spice. My drink there is my once-a-week treat, and I've never been a huge fan of Pumpkin Spice anyway. I always prefer chai tea beverages to anything else. My usual order is a Chai Tea Latte.
