Avatar Problems[CLOSED]

So, I'm trying to get an Avatar on my profile, but hasn't worked.
I've tried GIF, Adobe Thumbnail, Pinterest, and I have cropped the photo several times to the specified sized, but it still won't recognized.

I could really use some help please?!

Here you go, this should hopefully work. Use this link; I've cropped/edited and uploaded it to the wiki for you. (Make sure that the http does not use an s in it when you specify an avatar by url; sometimes this can cause issues) :)
