Hello! My name is Cheshure, I am a queer roleplayer trying to branch out from app roleplaying, (kik and Discord mostly) Into forum roleplaying sites such as Elliquiy! Most of my recent experience has been with MxM pairings, but back in the day I also roleplayed MxF and FxF. I am also open to the idea of roleplaying against characters that aren’t strictly M or F, whether these are Trans Characters, Non-Binary Characters, or any mix of those! I hope you’ll find that I am a curious and open roleplayer that is always open to talk. I love plotting and worldbuilding more than anything else, and nothing quite tickles my fancy like OOC chatting and building stories together. I view roleplaying as building stories and therefore do try my absolute hardest to make sure all parties have equal input. So please, I am begging you, be prepared to provide input.

Any plot down here is subject to change, nothing is set in stone. If reading any of this sparks a vague idea in your head, message me to talk about it!

Another couple of quick things to mention before the good stuff, this will be it I promise!

• I tend to build characters on an as needed base for roleplays, taking general builds I have and modifying them to fit. Therefore, fully fledged character profiles will typically not be provided here or until plotting has begun.
• I really am a worldbuilding/plotting whore. Talking and just… building stories are one of my favorite things and one of the biggest pet peeves of mine is someone who just… doesn’t give input. I understand liking something as it is and/or just being alright with whatever, but when I say I thrive on a back and forth creative process? I really am not kidding.
• Not sure if this is a quirk or not, but I tend to enjoy building Roleplays off of situations that I know will happen in them. Give me a three-sentence idea about someone pushing someone against a wall in an alley? I’ll spend the next few hours building a story around it.

More or Less Thought-Out Plots!

Unless specifically stated Character A is my preference. Feel free to ask, but be prepared if I’m firm on this.

Shifter/ Mafia-esque Roleplay, MxM Preffered, CLOSED

Plot

This story is going to focus on two powerful shifter (Optional concept) families that live in close proximity. Or rather, it is going to focus on the sons of these two families leaders, and the plot they must unravel concerning a mysterious enemy trying to take down both families from within.*

Long ago these families weren’t enemies, beyond the occasional skirmish that comes with the territory one could even say they coexisted in harmony. And then the wife of one of the leaders dies. This sends the leader into a paranoid frenzy and he breaks off all ties with anyone outside of his organization. Character B lost a mother that day and a great friend. Both leaders spend the years after that poisoning the minds of their people against each other, but it’s hard to erase the tender memories of two children, those memories remain even as the boys grow older. It is hard to forget your first childhood friend.

Maybe that’s why when Character A’s oldest brother is murdered in their family home and he’s wrongfully blamed the only place he can think of to escape is fathers grief-fueled wrath is the home of his enemy and former childhood friend. He runs there in the hopes that they will grant him asylum from the people crying for his blood at home and give him the resources to find his brother’s true killer. But, shortly after his arrival, there is an assassination attempt on Character B’s Father’s life, sparking his paranoia. And when he hears that Character A has been spotted on the property and supposedly murdered his brother quite recently? His mind is set, Character A must be found killed. The only problem is when the would-be assassin attacked? Character A was in Character B’s rooms trying to explain his side of the story. And when it’s revealed that Character B was seen with A earlier that night his father turns on him. How could his most loyal son betray him in such a manner? From there it’s clear to see that both son’s ambitions include taking over as leaders with force and must be sought out.

And Cue the dramatic music! From here I’m imagining a danger-filled escape from B’s home, possibly with injuries that are tended to in a tension-filled safe house as they try to plan how to clear their names. Next is a race to find out the true mastermind before they’re found and killed for their ‘crimes’. After a long road filled with danger, plot-twists and budding emotions they find the true killer, someone neither of them ever suspected from the beginning.

*Side notes*

-This was built with the pairing Destiel in mind, so certain family dynamics are already in place. i.e. Character A is the youngest of four. These include; A born leader whose been groomed his whole life to rule, The jealous second born constantly out of graces, Third son who minimizes his contact as much as possible to avoid family politics, and the Dutiful and competent yet unambitious youngest known as Character A. Character B is imagined as the eldest of two, groomed from a young age from a paranoid father to simply be the perfect soldier by following orders and watching after his brother, groomed somewhat unsuccessfully in the same way. This subject to change if one so wishes it.
-When I imagined this the original Dynamic between the two Main Characters was Character B being the loud and boisterous one in public and Character A being somewhat more reserved and seemingly complacent. But in compromising situations ( ) Character A is the one in charge, he cannot have it any other way. Once again, this isn't set in stone and I am more than happy to change it according to your wants.

Mysterious Mentor No Gender Preference, No Character Preference, OPEN

Plot

Character A wakes up one morning in their apartment with absolutely no memory of the night before and a splitting headache. When they go to change out of their way to rank clothes they notice an intricate mark that looks practically burned on the skin on their shoulder all the way to their shoulder blade.

Sometime later after they’ve collected themselves and tried failed to remember the events of last night they hear a sudden and insistent knock at their door. THey open it to reveal Character B, a sort of haggard figure with sharp eyes who shoves their way past the door into the room and declares themselves a mentor to A. Without actually going into any details B tells A that they can now do magic* and as a result they’ll be hunted for this power until they learn to control their power, enter Character B. They are proven true just moments later when their house is attacked and Character B helps them escape through the use of actual magic.

Once they escape the danger it is straight to the council to solidify the bond, apparently, every new magic user is registered and a mentor is sent to collect them. They then appear before the council to prove they actually possess magic and to log the pair as mentor and mentee. The only problem is something sinister is waiting for them to reach their destination, something ancient and evil.

*Side notes*

-This is inspired by the books Working for the devil by Lilith Saintcrow and the first Dresden Files book, Storm Front by Jim Butcher. I like the everyday magic sort of feel to them. If you haven’t read them that’s alright, I do recommend them. The only real concepts I adore is that All magic users are cataloged and/or marked? And that sort of ‘Magic is common knowledge but still sort of taboo” Ideas. Those would be the bare minimum I would want to add it.
-I know it says no Gender Role/Preference, But I did attempt this Idea once before where I played the Mentor (Character B) as a male against a Female Character A and I didn’t hate. Obviously, I don’t require this, but as I do have a character ready there is the slight preference 60/40 leaning towards Character B, the Mentor.
-The design and placement for the brand/Mark on Character A aren’t set in stone, if you want to change it, by all means, go for it.
-I imagine Magic user’s being able to use a sort of elemental magic? I.e. Fire, water, air, energy, and earth. And maybe some dark/extra stuff thrown in like Necromancy, foresight, empathy, telepathy, etc but maybe as like… Minor practices? Like they have a major Gift that relates to one of the elements, and then a minor gift with one of the minors.

The OathboundFxF or MxM Prefered, No Character Preference OPEN

Plot

This is based off a book I recently acquired written in the 1980s named The Oathbound. I enjoy some of the concepts in the book but think that the execution is… Not the best. The setting is a fantasy medieval type world and the story focuses on two main Characters I will simply reduce to Character A and Character B.

Character A is the only surviving member of a tribe that was completely destroyed by a group of mercenaries. In their outrage, they call upon and bind themselves to the Goddess to receive the power to seek revenge. From that point they are set apart from all others of their race as Warriors, it is their firstmost identity even above gender. They are trained by ghostly spirits that have taken the same oath they have and set out to seek revenge and murder all those involved in the massacre.

Character B was born into a noble house that fell into disarray and was sold as a bride at a young age, they escaped their captor and found solace in a school of magic after discovering their powers. Once their schooling was finished they were sent into the world to drift and learn before reaching a sort of enlightenment, after which it is expected that they will start their own school of magic.

On the course of both their quests, they cross paths and become oathbound to each other. They are forevermore bound in blood through the Goddess.

This book seems a little disorganized therefore in the interests of keeping this plot under novel length I omitted a lot of details. I am more than willing to discuss them with you, and/or put our own details into place instead. This is incredibly open-ended.

This story would follow someone newly acquired by the town and an old resident. I’m thinking the location of the town is Earth and it may or may not be common knowledge that other towns from other worlds exist. Would involve a lot of worldbuilding and a whole cast of extra characters.SERIOUS CRAVING
