How difficult would be to add a bootstrap theme option to Elliquiy?

Since we're going to be moving to Elkarte soonish, that would be a lot of effort for little payoff.

To be clear, I already made the changes to Elkarte necessary to pull off a more modern-looking, responsive layout.

I wasn't aware of the update.  That is exciting to hear!  I am looking forward to it.
