Seeking newbie friendly Starfinder

Exactly what is says on the tin, I recently got the corebook from a Humble Bundle and wanted a chance to try it out from the player side of things to see if it'd be worth introducing to my local group.

Ideally looking to play a naive character with little understanding of the setting.

So, when you say you're looking for an introduction to the setting and the system, and from the point of view of a naive character who doesn't know much about the setting, what did you have in mind? Because I can easily run one of the published adventure paths like Dead Suns. Alternatively, I have a concept I've been working on where the characters actually start off as "primitives" on a medieval planet that hasn't been contacted by the wider galaxy, thus letting you discover the setting as you go. What do you think?

As long as this primitives concept allows for the other players to choose whichever official race they want, then sure :)
