Yeah, that trait rules.  I guess I should explain my reasoning.

The trait is ablative.  The trade-off is power on the fromt-end and uselessness on the back-end.

I kind of figured but I wanted to verify. Couldn’t find a flaw or 2nd trait that worked for me

All right—I have selected Grizzly, Ixy, and PDragon.  All of them are currently in my Crypt of the Everflame game.

In that vein, I am going to choose Callie and Arcanist.  At first I felt weird having two groups with the same players, but they are both reliable hands, and I prefer reliability over uncertainty.

Lastly, I am selecting ESG.

I chose ESG randomly.  None of the chosen players had an opinion about who they wanted in the group, so i had to choose randomly.

If you would like to be considered as an alternate, let me know in PM.  I will be opening the OOC today or tomorrow.
