Retrieving old PMs

So I'm not sure this is still a thing but I understand it might be possible to have my previously deleted PMs reset back to my inbox?

As I understood it before, this would return every PM in and out of my PM box since joining.

If this is a thing still, could I please have that done for me? I have recently realised I have some old info in a PM for plotting a game I thought was long dead.

If it's not a thing so be it.
