Do we still have a rule about removing topics?  I've noticed that someone has recently removed quite a few of them.

It’s still highly discouraged and/or not allowed, depending on the circumstances. Did you want to report it?

I didn't know where I could since the threads have all been removed.  But if you check the garbage dump you should find things removed in the last few hours.
