Quaint Little Hellhole ( Sci-fi, Horror, Mystery)

 The alarm on the phone shakes her from sleep. She jolts up, branishing the pocket knife snacthed up from the table. This morning, there wasn't anyone in her kitchen. The alarm dug at the edges of her hangover and she fumbled with the stupid thing before silencing it. Almost fearfully, she peeked at the date.
March 16th 2018, 8:26 am.
"Fuck,.." She groaned, marking a 17th tally on the scratch pad on the table. 17 times in a row, this day had reapeated. 17 times one of her neighbors, people she had know all her life, had gone insane and attacked, if not her, then some other shumck that didnt seem aware of the loop. Become grining fiends, bent on depravity or animals. 17 times she'd been killed, waking back up in her home to try again, or had killed, just to wake up to yesterday's murderer back to unaware normal and some else *wrong*.
She lit a ciggeratte, the same pack that seemed to refresh just like the rest of this sleepy little slice of horror did every day and took one deep drag. " Whatcha got fee me today, motherfuckers?" She asked no one in the heady exhale of smoke. Time to find out what fresh hell was out there today.

Looking to play out a story where home is where the hell is. YC will wake upin this strange town, where they days repeat and the locals are deadly. YC will band together with MCto stay alive and find out why they are stuck in this crazy loop and why this sleepy country town sudden became violent.
Looking to play up the horror and sci-fi elements, including monsters, madness, time loops and character death that is instantly reversed but the characters are aware.
