How does the ignore feature on here work? Can someone help with this as I cannot find it

From your Profile, choose the Buddies and Ignore list option, then edit ignore list. You can add the name of the person you'd like to ignore there.

Oh! I forgot to add that to block their PMs, go to your profile and choose Personal Messaging, then make sure to choose the option to receive messages from people you have not ignored only.
