INTRO
It’s the most wonderful time of the year again, the one when I’m binging the Star Wars movies. (This happens periodically, actually, so I get multiple wonderful times per year.) And, in true me-fashion, I now want to write a ton of Star Wars. My knowledge of Star Wars is limited to the movies, but I’m aiming to read the novels, and if you’ve got an extended universe concept or character you’re particularly interested in, do feel free to link me to a Wikia page, I’m not averse to doing research.

PLOT
I’m looking for a partner willing to write in the Star Wars universe. Plot? What plot? I don’t have a plot, at least not yet. I’m comfortable writing in any time period and any alliance. On occasion, I’ll write canon characters and I don’t mind writing opposite them either, but I’m also excellent with originals. I normally stray far from stereotyped pairings (because I have an armada, it'll take me too long to list them all), but for the sake of giving you some vibes: here are some actual ideas.

• I thrive on conflict. In character, not out of character. Grandiose galatic wars are cool, very cool, and I’m definitely in for that, but I’m also not averse to a setting on a smaller scale. You can’t tell me there aren’t hideous infights between regular planets, in the Senate, or inside the military hierarchy of the First Order, and I want all of it.
• The idea of the Force is awesome, not just as a plot device. Characters on the same side or on opposing sides are all my jam. The force-bond between Kylo Ren and Rey is fascinating, I’d be interested in writing something similar. I’m also fascinated by the graduations in use of the Force, the Dark and the Light. That’s not to say every character needs to be Force sensitive, I’m also perfectly fine with non-Force sensitive characters. It all depends on the plot and the setting.
• Continuing in that vein: give me Inquisitors. I need it.
• The unexpected butterfly effect of starting something you might not be able to finish as you intended.
• Rise of the First Order: aka, what the hell happened there? 
• Crime. Stealing, thieving, conning, the whole shebang.
• Unfortunate partnership that slips into the physical.
• The military aspects that come with running an army. On the side of the Resistance/Rebellion, finding arms-dealers willing to run afoul of the Empire/First Order; on the other side, the more high-brow military research facilities, the power play between private actors and apparent states.
• (Psychological) manipulation, no one knows all the games that are played.
• Sad potential: Jedi that (initially) survives Order 66, continuing survival to be questioned.
• Dubious friendships, better a fake friend than a real enemy.
• Your ideas! I do love input. Like, if you’ve been craving a more specific pairing, I can think of at least three ways to work that into a plot, so just let me know if there’s something you particularly fancy.

BACKGROUND

• Me and writing: I prefer writing one main character, and I’m currently heavily leaning into my women vibe. On the other hand, I’m also liable to populate a borough with characters of my own creation, and I definitely don’t mind writing multiple storylines at the same time, if my partner is of a similar disposition.
• You and writing: I don’t care about what you identify as, nor do I particularly care about the gender of the character you want to write. I’m currently itching to write more women, so if that’s something you can work with, we’re good. You enjoy world-building, aren’t afraid to come up with plots together, and are willing to write more than one character if the story calls for it.
• Content: I have no idea of the content level, this would be plotting dependent. I don’t have a defined smut-to-plot ratio at the moment. Check my ons and offs to see if we’re compatible. If something’s not listed, don’t hesitate to ask me.
• Setting: Star Wars! Outer space! A galaxy far, far away! Time period up to discussion.
• Requirements: Ability to post once a week minimum on the forums, I find that less than that makes me lose interest in the game too quickly, in terms of actual writing. I’m a sucker for plotting, but I need a balance. Feel free to check my posting history to see if we’re compatible in terms of writing styles. No need to put a label on the length on your posts in advance.
• Other info: I debated whether I wanted to put this as a request for a one shot or in this forum. I’m not necessarily looking for an epic tale to end all past epics, I’m just as comfortable with writing a smut-filled one shot if that’s more your speed.
