One more thing on the same topic of flaws...  what can we do with the leftover points?  I think we can upgrade our priorities by spending 5 or 10 points, but what if we have 4 or less left over?  Are they spent as Karma?

1. Are SURGE changelings allowed (wanting more exotic demon girl look than outright hyper optimized build if that helps, otherwise I’ll just look at what can be done with 5e body sculpting and such)
2. Build stats an such..I use hero lab to check my math but knowing it, I like to double check for any custom changes..better to ask first, than to fix later. I do realize the rules aren’t the same but I like to build that way and then translate as I feel more comfortable with it that way..

We are using a highly modified SR character creation and I am not sure it is completely locked in yet.

Callie, do not let the name 'Shadowrun' guide you in building your PC. the system used ShadowrunTCL [and the magic section -- SrMM] is in many ways almost a new system.

As an example there are no number ratings for attributes. Here everyone is at least average. [As far as I know we cannot lower an attribute to raise another] There are only 8 of them as well. So lets use Strength, your PC starts with -strength ....average..normal a strength x1 means they have worked out a lot use weights etc. a Strength x2 is normal human max and means your character is the best possible for a human. Te system is set up for RP. To be quick and simple and not roll a butt ton of dice! In fact if you read carefully they plainly say that combat should be worked out between players and the GM and then posted.

Even though the system is simple and easy to use I find it at times to be very deep. I hope this helps explain why you do not need Hero labs and why currently there is nothing set up for changlings or any of the other exotics from SR5.

Now should you not try? Heck no work something up and present it to Ciaso when he gets back!
Heck a swimmer type would be useful since we are in the Caribbean League!

I personally love the setting but loathe the huge dice pools and enjoy this Shadowrun Lite system!

Hmmm, could be amnesiac from magic or maybe an implanted cranial bomb--maybe the bomb was designed to kill her if she went rogue but it mis-fired.  That'd probably cover the secret agent, social spy type.

Maybe just heavy head trauma for the Giant 

Otherwise, trauma from stuff like Hot Sim/BTL can cause memory loss too.  Or even worse drugs.

Depending on the race stuff you could just do some standard cosmetic mods to change skin tone and stuff, so it's not like it would be hard to take an Elf and reskin it as some kind of demonette, just by spending some cash on it.  Course you'd have to go the SURGE route for actual mechanical changes...
